At June Gaming, our mission is to make games that people play for years. We have built real-time multiplayer games like MaskGun, Puzzle Clash, Ninja Fun Race, Tower Conquest and Road Riot which have over 150 million downloads. Now we are building something new called Supergaming, a super app of games, which we are looking to scale to 100M users in 2 years. It’s a new paradigm for casual gaming and building it will require a lot of creativity, first principles thinking and iterating rapidly with user feedback and data. We are looking for a product manager to join the product team and be a part of building this right from the early days. You will be building the Supergaming platform, games and also exploring a wide range of ideas with different kinds of prototypes. It will be a really fun and exciting journey, we promise 🙂 Responsibilities - Work with the executive team to detail product strategy - Work with the engineering and design teams to build the Supergaming platform - Work with game designers and artists to build the games in Supergaming - Set up tools and processes to monitor and improve metrics for both the platform and individual games - Have in-depth conversations with users, both in person and on calls, to get feedback on the product Experience and skills required - 3-5 years of product management experience with consumer products (mobile gaming experience is a plus) - Experience of taking one product from early stages to scale - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to take feedback with an open and unbiased mind

Job Description Research and identify potential new product features and functions Gather stakeholder and customer input Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development Create user documentation in coordination with stakeholders Create and maintain competitive and strategic analysis matrix Oversee implementation and release workflow and deadlines Hold regular project reviews with Development and QA teams ensuring that the product meets business requirements Draft release notes for launches and work with Product Marketing to create and execute a GTM plan Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches Gather market feedback from users and buyers via Win/Loss calls, interviews, and other feedback loops Requirements 4+ years of experience in software marketing / product management or writing requirements for technical projects Basic understanding of software development process from concept through implementation and delivery Prior experience with web based application development and maintenance a plus Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process Ability to plan, prioritize, and excel in developing a dynamic high paced cross functional team environment Must be detail oriented Excellent time management skills Must be a problem solver Excellent communication skills

Role: 1. Determine customers' needs and desires by conducting the required research and reaching out to existing/potential customers 2. Prepare key strategic insights to assess the overall market opportunities, partnerships, competitive landscape and product offerings to targeted segments 3. Develop partnerships with SAAS API and other players to enhance company’s product capabilities faster. 4. Develop the product roadmap to disrupt the traditional methods in Banks/NBFCs 5. Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure timely technology releases on multiple product initiatives and release impeccable products 6. Develop the mobile product strategy to acquire and service MSME customers. Desired Profile: 1. Minimum 2+ years of active product management experience. 2. Graduation from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes. 3. Data lover who is good in Data Collection, Extraction and Analysis 4. Good with Experimentation (A/B Testing) 5. Good with Interactive Prototyping 6. Knowledge of different types of tech stack 7. Interest in fintech/lending domain 8. Entrepreneurial mindset.

Desired Candidate's Profile:Experience: 10+ years- Master's degree from premier institutes / Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science) from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs)- MBA from top premier college- Must have seen at least 2 product lifecycles and preferably led them.- Preferably have the ability to pull the data from databases to support their product hypothesis (ability to query the data).- Preferably have worked with Enterprise software product and have an understanding of the dynamics of working with the enterprises.- Minimum 6 years of relevant product experience.- Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines. Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements. Experience in developing an educational product would be Good to have 2+ years of experience in shipping products end-to-end. Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights Ability to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and have strong attention to detail. Purpose of the Job ▪ Digital Product Lead will be involved in partnering with the Squad Product Owners, Chief Digital Officer(CDO), Sponsors and the bank leadership team to develop and prioritize business initiatives, product strategies, and execution plans. ▪ He/she should be passionate about building products and features that customers love. He/she will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional squads to design, build and roll-out features for the digital channels of the bank. ▪ Have a good understanding of Product Management Lifecycle Experience ▪ Proven work experience of 6-8+ years in product management domain preferably in banking domain ▪ Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand ▪ Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence ▪ Should be able to view the product through the lens of the consumer from an intuitive and rational perspective ▪ Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence people at multiple levels in the organization ▪ Proven experience of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, P&L experience a plus. Knowledge ▪ Understanding of Web, iOS and Android platform capabilities and familiarity with developer ecosystems ▪ Knowledge of Agile software development practices ▪ Deep knowledge of the banking industry’s market trends in digital and opportunities that can maximize business value ▪ Knowledge of latest digital trends (eg., AI, IOT, AR, etc) and their use-cases in banking domain

• Co-ordinate with Multiple stakeholders for requirement gathering for software development projects. Also provide valuable inputs for the same. • Documentation of the requirement gathering and specifications. Ensuring document signoffs from relevant stakeholders. • Creation of project plan in conjunction with Project Manager. • Translation of functional data to Wire frames post discussion with project manager and Technical Solutions architect. • Co-ordination and inputs with UX design teams for wire frames. • Meeting all deadline with regards to the above and maintaining ethical code of conduct. • Needs to be able to think strategically and also understand business and industry trends • Needs to be a key facilitator within an organization, acting as a bridge between the client, stakeholders and the solution team. • Serves as the Information Owner of applications in the area they support.
