Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Should have 7+ years of overall engineering experience.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experince in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience leading web and mobile product development
• Strong expertise in web technologies (React, Node.js) and mobile platforms (Flutter / iOS / Android)
• Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery (development, deployment, maintenance)
• Experience with agile execution — sprint planning, delivery tracking, release management
• Deep understanding of code quality, testing, security, scalability, and best practices
• Active involvement in code reviews and design reviews

Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of company’s traditional web and mobile product roadmap by leading a team of engineers. The manager ensures timely feature launches, technical quality, and champions process improvements in collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

● Lead, mentor, and grow engineers across full stack, mobile, and backend roles.

● Define and implement best practices in coding, testing, and release management.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback and business needs into product enhancements.

● Track and manage team performance, sprint planning, and delivery schedules.

● Ensure high quality standards, security, and scalability across all deliverables.

● Actively participate in code and design reviews.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.

● 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

● Hands-on expertise in web (React/Node.js) and mobile (Flutter/iOS/Android) platforms.

● Strong project management and team leadership skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong Sales manager, business development manager, accounts sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of overall Business Development experience in SaaS, or technology solutions/servcies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have atleast 3+ years of experience in Selling SaaS of which 1+ should be in global market (USA market preferred)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have end-to-end ownership of sales pipeline — lead gen, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience driving new business growth, not just managing accounts or partnerships.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have demonstrated strong deal-closing capability, including negotiations with C-level or senior stakeholders

Mandatory (Tech Skills ): Must be proficient in CRM tools, sales enablement tools, presentation tools, and proposal documentation.

Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS (preferred HealthTech, PharmaTech, Biotech, DrugTech..)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have atleast 2+ years of experience in each of the previous companies (if less exp, then proper reason)

• Your primary responsibility is to handle incoming and outgoing calls (tele) from students and parents to apprise them about iDreamCareer products.
• To manage 40-50 students/parents call per day
• Complete management and updating details in CRM (Leadsquare)
• Pitch iDC’s Product with lot of passion and enthusiasm
• Follow up with Prospects, share necessary information and bring it to closure
• Consistently hit quota and overachieve on Monthly and Quarterly Targets

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Good command over written & Spoken English.
• Ability to engage students/parents in conversation around their careers
• Experience in working in CRM tools like Leadsquare
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telephonic sales/outbound sales is a must requirement for this role

• You will be having 3+ years of experience of writing optimized Code in Javascript/Typescript and working with Advanced NodeJs frameworks targeting Latest NodeJs version.

Experience

Requirements
