Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Operations

Role Summary:

The Relationship Executive will generate hospital-based leads by engaging doctors and counselling expectant parents on cord blood banking, diagnostics, and related services, while managing client presentations, enrollments, CRM reporting, and logistics coordination to drive business growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Meet doctors to promote the concept of cord blood banking and stem cell applications, and facilitate interaction with expectant parents.
• Promote diagnostics and other services introduced by the company from time to time and generate prescriptions.
• Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and relevant healthcare centers for lead generation, diagnostic business, and institutional tie-ups.
• Build strong relationships with hospital front-office staff, nursing staff, doctor attendants, and coordinators to enable client interaction and service promotion.
• Place drop boxes and flyer stands at strategic locations within hospitals and doctor chambers.
• Ensure regular refilling and upkeep of drop boxes and flyer stands with updated marketing material.
• Conduct counselling sessions at hospitals and doctor chambers to generate qualified leads.
• Update daily activities, lead generation, counselling, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
• Call prospective clients for counselling and referrals, and conduct free presentations at their preferred location.
• Enroll clients, complete documentation, collect payments, coordinate delivery logistics, and share competitor/market information as required.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) or Life Sciences (preferred).
• prior experience in healthcare / hospital marketing is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in hospital environments and field-based roles.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM systems.
• Presentable, customer-oriented, and relationship-focused approach.

∙Need 8+ years of experience in Devops CICD 

∙Managing large-scale AWS deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and k8s developer tools 

∙Managing build/test/deployment of very large-scale systems, bridging between developers and live stacks 

∙Actively troubleshoot issues that arise during development and production 

∙Owning, learning, and deploying SW in support of customer-facing applications 

∙Help establish DevOps best practices 

∙Actively work to reduce system costs 

∙Work with open-source technologies, helping to ensure robustness and secureness of said technologies 

∙Actively work with CI/CD, GIT and other component parts of the build and deployment system 

∙Leading skills with AWS cloud stack 

∙Proven implementation experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, Flux, Helm charts) 

at scale

Qualifications and Skillset

• 3 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on React JS, TypeScript, Node, and Express framework.
• Proven expertise in GraphQL and experience with Generate AI or other AI/ML frameworks.
• Prior experience as a product developer in the cybersecurity domain is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in database design and management Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or cybersecurity are advantageous.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design Automation framework and develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency
• Integration of automation suites with tools such as browser stack
  Writing and executing automated tests for new features
• Mentoring the juniors and contributing to peer reviews
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on features and usability as accurately as possible and come up with possible test requirements
• Identify test data requirements and generate required data to support testing

• 6 years of experience writing automated tests and frameworks from scratch for automating Mobile App using tools such as XCUITest, Appium, UIAutomator etc. Good exposure in Mobile App Automation testing using any framework
