The Database Architect is responsible for the design, optimization, and evolution of the database layer supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring efficient data access patterns, scalable query workloads, and robust database architecture capable of supporting high-volume and high-concurrency systems.

This role goes beyond traditional database administration and requires deep technical expertise in SQL query optimization, database internals, and performance diagnostics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Database Architecture & Optimization

• Design and evolve database architectures for scalable enterprise systems.

Qualifications :

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Database & SQL Server (Required)

• Advanced SQL Server performance tuning, including query optimization, execution plan analysis, and index design
• Strong experience diagnosing and resolving deadlocks using Extended Events and deadlock graphs
• Deep understanding of locking, blocking, and transaction behaviour, including wait statistics and lock escalation

Position Responsibilities:

The Principal IT Business Systems Analyst (Finance & ERP) partners with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to optimize end-to-end business processes and the supporting enterprise applications ecosystem. This role leads discovery and process design workshops, translates business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, and drives solution design decisions that improve controls, scalability, data quality, and user experience. The Sr. BSA owns requirements through delivery across the full lifecycle—intake, prioritization, analysis, configuration/specification, testing, deployment, and hypercare—working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, ERP/Finance teams, vendors, and managed service partners. The Sr. BSA will evaluate tradeoffs and recommend solutions that balance cost, risk, controls, and business value, leveraging deep finance domain knowledge and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• 5+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Finance and ERP capabilities (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Cash Management) in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
