Position Responsibilities:

The Principal IT Business Systems Analyst (Finance & ERP) partners with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to optimize end-to-end business processes and the supporting enterprise applications ecosystem. This role leads discovery and process design workshops, translates business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, and drives solution design decisions that improve controls, scalability, data quality, and user experience. The Sr. BSA owns requirements through delivery across the full lifecycle—intake, prioritization, analysis, configuration/specification, testing, deployment, and hypercare—working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, ERP/Finance teams, vendors, and managed service partners.
