Responsibilities will include:
Human Resources:
- CTC structure, offer roll out
- Onboarding and coordinate technical training
- Engagement and team management activities
- Compliance (labour laws, TDS, Profession Tax, Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Fund, PF & ESIC)
- Manage policies and process compliance
- Management Reporting
Recruitment:
- Resource review and hiring plan
- Track hiring status and review recruitment reporting
Administration:
- Office infrastructure maintenance
- Legal compliances (Income Tax, Companies Act documentation, Shops and Establishments records, GST, etc)
- Accounting overview including expense management and reporting
- Coordinating and following up with vendors and partners including renewal of respective agreements
Required skills:
- Any graduate
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good at managing multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of state labour laws and general compliances

Job Specification:
· Excellent programming ability in Embedded C/C++
· Hands on experience in the designing, implementation & maintenance of embedded software/firmware development projects.
