About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition with strong experience in IT recruitment, onboarding processes, and payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with GreytHR or similar HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT Recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations through GreytHR.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, employee attendance, and leave management.
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and assist in policy implementation.
- Address employee queries professionally and maintain strong employee relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, specifically in IT recruitment
- Working knowledge of GreytHR HRMS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Overview: We are seeking a talented Frontend Shopify Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and implement custom Shopify themes and templates.
- Optimize the user experience for Shopify storefronts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopifys Liquid templating language.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the visual and functional integrity of Shopify stores.
- Ensure Shopify stores are mobile-responsive, cross-browser compatible, and SEO-friendly.
- Integrate and customize third-party Shopify apps to meet client requirements.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues for existing Shopify stores.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify platform updates, tools, and best practices in front-end development.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
