- Review product listings to ensure accuracy in images, descriptions, and specifications.

- Identify, document, and report mismatches or errors in product data, working closely with the content team and vendors to resolve issues.
- Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to ensure all product details are up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in eCommerce quality control or product data management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in product content.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Familiarity with Product Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-savvy Web Analyst with 2–4 years of hands-on Google Analytics (GA4) experience—preferably gained while working on Shopify or other e-commerce storefronts. You’ll own the end-to-end analytics workflow—from tagging and data quality to reporting, experimentation, and presenting insights that move revenue and retention metrics for Suntek AI and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement & maintain tracking
- Configure GA4 properties, data streams, and enhanced-ecommerce events for Shopify and custom stores
- Deploy and debug tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and robust data layers
- Data quality & governance
- Audit existing implementations, eliminate double-counting, and enforce naming conventions
- Set up filters, channel groupings, and cross-domain tracking for a single view of the customer
- Analysis & insight generation
- Build dashboards for traffic, conversion funnels, cohort retention, and LTV
- Slice data by channel, device, geography, and campaign to uncover growth opportunities
- Experimentation support
- Partner with Growth and Product teams to design A/B tests; measure lift and statistical significance
- Reporting & storytelling
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and clients
- Present findings in weekly business reviews and ad-hoc deep dives
