About the position: Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing manager for our Demand Generation efforts for a fast growing SaaS company. This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through outbound across channels. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for coming up with both strategic and tactical plans to deliver growth both in terms of revenue and brand value. The ideal candidate should have experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales process.
About EasyEcom: EasyEcom is an industry-leading omnichannel order & warehouse management solution for eCommerce businesses and multichannel retailers like Epigamia, Mondelez International, My Glamm, Borosil, Prestige, etc. We are persistently growing, from a few hundred clients to over 7000+ global clients, a handful of dedicated team members to 110+ members strong team, and being VC funded, we are continuing to expand over and beyond!
Responsibilities:
● Develop and drive business with Digital marketing strategies.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Marketing
● DataDriven decision making
● Email Marketing Metrics and Planning
● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and drive revenue.
● Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of the demand generation efforts.
● Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
● Monitor industry trends and stay-up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
● Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
● Internal Analysis- Distinctive Competencies & Competitive Advantage. ● Create and manage demand generation budget and forecasts
● Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
● Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
● 2-3years of experience in demand generation or B2B/E-Commerce space.
● Experience in managing paid search campaigns, demand generation, email marketing.
● Understanding of multiple customer flows and proficiency in marketing automation & CRM software.
● Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
● Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
● Excellent communication & collaboration skills
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
● Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, multitasking, and interacting with people, while also having a sharp eye for identifying the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Office Management
● Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning
● Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, travel, office supplies, etc.)
● Handle asset management, including tracking and maintenance of office equipment
● Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
2. Travel & Logistics
● Handle end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs)
● Plan itineraries and ensure seamless coordination
● Maintain travel records and expense documentation
3. Executive Assistant to the CEO
● Provide support with paperwork, documentation, and follow-ups
● Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
● Track action items and ensure timely execution
● Maintain confidentiality at all times
4. Employee Engagement & Events
● Organize small office events, celebrations, and team activities
● Support logistics for internal meetings and engagement initiatives
Requirements
● Graduated in any discipline
● 1-2 years of experience in admin/EA
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills
● Fluent in English and Hindi
● Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace

● Resolving key clients' issues and complaints promptly
● Understanding the business needs of key accounts, and providing them with an effective solution.
● Managing communication between the key accounts and internal teams (Support Team, Sales Team, Tech Team).
● Upselling to key accounts presenting reports on account progress, and sharing future goals with other team members.
Requirements:
● Candidates with a bachelor's in technology or business are preferred.
● A minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management.
● Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
● Fluency in both English and Tamil.
● Should be able to quickly get a thorough understanding of the company's product.
● Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
● Should have strong interpersonal relationship skills.
● Ability to understand the company’s key clients and their position in the industry.
