About the Position:
We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Ecommerce Operations Executive. The candidate should be reliable, highly energetic, oversees a wide range of cross-functional teams, retail fulfillment teams, as well as third party logistics partners and vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● A comprehensive understanding of logistics systems.
● Learning how to operate the EasyEcom platform.
● Knowledge about ecommerce and warehouse operations.
● Experience in end to end process management.
● Managing master data
● Order processing
● Manage returns and cancellations
● Generate and prepare reports
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce industry.
● Candidates from B.Com/B.Tech background with sound computer knowledge are desirable.
● Basic understanding of Microsoft Office is mandatory.
● Have visited warehouses and handled 3PL clients.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO who can provide high-quality administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide personal assistance tasks as required
Requirements
- Prior experience as a PA or in an administrative role preferred

About the Position:
We are looking for a talented Graphic & UI Designer who thrives in designing across multiple platforms-social media, digital ads, email campaigns, websites, and print media like brochures, visiting cards, booths, and more. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative branding with strategic visual communication and has experience designing user interfaces and marketing assets that drive engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and on-brand visuals for social media campaigns, display ads, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Create high-quality print assets such as brochures, visiting cards, standees, booth designs, and other collateral materials.
- Work on website design projects, including WordPress sites, Webflow pages, landing pages, and microsites that communicate value propositions clearly and attractively.
- Design presentation decks, pitch materials, and reports that are visually compelling and easy to understand.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for web interfaces that are user-friendly and intuitive.
- Assist in creating templates and reusable design assets for faster execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, or a related field from a tier 1 or 2 institute.
- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or product-based environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics, advertising creatives, email templates, print collateral, websites, landing pages, and presentations.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects preferred), and website builders like WordPress or Webflow.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment.

● Upselling to key accounts Presenting reports on account progress, and sharing future goals with other team members.
Requirements:
● Candidates with a bachelor's in technology or business are preferred.
● A minimum of 2+ years experience in account management.
● Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
● Fluency in both English and Hindi.
● Should be able to quickly get a thorough understanding of the company product.
● Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
● Should have strong interpersonal relationship skills.
● Ability to understand the company’s key clients and their position in the industry.
