We are looking to hire a highly motivated, well-spoken Key Account Manager who can help EasyEcom in key account management and customer retention. As a Key Account Manager, your daily job would involve developing relationships with clients and ensuring their expectations are being met.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Developing strong relationships between key clients and companies.
● Resolving key clients' issues and complaints promptly
● Understanding the business needs of key accounts, and providing them with an effective solution.
● Managing communication between the key accounts and internal teams (Support Team, Sales Team, Tech Team).
● Upselling to key accounts Presenting reports on account progress, and sharing future goals with other team members.
Requirements:
● Candidates with a bachelor's in technology or business are preferred.
● A minimum of 2+ years experience in account management.
● Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
● Fluency in both English and Hindi.
● Should be able to quickly get a thorough understanding of the company product.
● Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
● Should have strong interpersonal relationship skills.
● Ability to understand the company’s key clients and their position in the industry.

This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through outbound across channels. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for coming up with both strategic and tactical plans to deliver growth both in terms of revenue and brand value. The ideal candidate should have experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales process.

● Develop and drive business with Digital marketing strategies.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Marketing
● DataDriven decision making
● Email Marketing Metrics and Planning
● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and drive revenue.
● Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of the demand generation efforts.
● Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
● Monitor industry trends and stay-up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
● Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
● Internal Analysis- Distinctive Competencies & Competitive Advantage. ● Create and manage demand generation budget and forecasts
● Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
● Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
● 2-3years of experience in demand generation or B2B/E-Commerce space.
● Experience in managing paid search campaigns, demand generation, email marketing.
● Understanding of multiple customer flows and proficiency in marketing automation & CRM software.
● Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
● Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
● Excellent communication & collaboration skills
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
● Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.

Requirements:

● Well adept with Webflow and marketing automation
● Ability to plan and create audience-relevant content with a strong SEO understanding (SEM experience is a ++)
● Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
● Proficiency with analytics tools (social media, SEO, Competitor analysis) along with GA and GSC
● Excellent communication & collaboration skills
● Prior working Experience with PR and Branding activities
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
