About AMPM
AMPM is a short-form vertical video news app built for Gen Z. We cover news the way this generation actually consumes it. We are growing fast and building the creator engine that powers it.
The role
You will find creators, get them on board, and make sure they deliver. That is the job. No hand-holding, no playbook handed to you. You figure it out.
What you will do
- Source and onboard niche creators across news, finance, politics, sports, and tech verticals
- Run cold outreach across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
- Build and own a creator pipeline from scratch
- Manage creator relationships, briefings, and deliverable timelines
- Use PR instincts to unlock hard-to-reach contacts and voices
- Work directly with the content team to align creator output with editorial goals
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years in influencer marketing, PR, creator relations, or talent management
- Proof that you have gotten access to people others could not
- Strong written communication in English and Hindi
- Generalist within the field, outreach, negotiation, tracking, all of it
- Someone who does not quit when a niche is hard to crack

AMPM is a short-form video news platform for Gen Z India. We are hiring a Finance Intern to own our numbers as we move through our seed raise and early revenue phase. You will work directly in the founder's office, keeping a sharp eye on costs, flagging revenue signals early, and making sure our financial picture is always clean and current.
What you will do
- Build and maintain financial models covering burn, runway, revenue projections, and unit economics
- Track monthly costs across all spends and flag anomalies before they compound
- Set up and maintain dashboards and trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
- Monitor revenue signals and surface early warnings when numbers are going off-track
- Support investor-facing financial documentation (MIS, projections, cap table inputs)
- Assist with vendor payments, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping coordination
Must-have experience
- Strong Excel skills, not just functional but genuinely fast and formula-heavy
- Has built financial models independently, even if for personal projects or college work
- Understands unit economics, burn rate, gross margin, and basic P&L logic
- Detail-oriented and proactive, someone who notices a number is off before being told
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to startup financials or early-stage company operations
- Familiarity with fundraising documents (projections, use of funds, financial summaries)
- Interest in media, creator economy, or consumer tech
Role summary AMPM is a short-form video news platform for Gen Z India. We are hiring an HR Intern to support hiring, onboarding, and team operations as we scale our core team. You will work directly in the founder's office, owning end-to-end recruitment for creative and tech roles and helping build the people infrastructure from the ground up.
What you will do
- Source and screen candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, Cutshort, Internshala, referrals)
- Write and post JDs, manage inbound applications, and coordinate interview pipelines
- Own candidate communication from first outreach to offer
- Support onboarding for new hires (documentation, briefing, first-week coordination)
- Maintain hiring trackers and keep the process clean across multiple open roles
- Assist with team operations, HR documentation, and ad hoc founder office tasks
Must-have experience
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Prior internship or coursework in HR, recruitment, or operations
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or hiring tools (Cutshort, Internshala, Notion)
- Interest in media, creator economy, or startups
