About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Electronic Design Engineer to join our R&D/Engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and validating electronic hardware systems for our products. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in circuit design, PCB layout, and debugging, along with experience in working with embedded systems and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test analog and digital electronic circuits for new and existing products.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, KiCAD).
- Perform circuit simulations, component selection, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for system integration.
- Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and EMC/EMI requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and test plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven 3–4 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power supplies, and signal integrity.
- Proficiency with schematic capture & PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD).
- Experience with microcontrollers, processors, and embedded hardware systems.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.).
- Skilled in using debugging and measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Operate and maintain mechanical production equipment and tools.
- Implement and adhere to safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
- Assist in process planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, production processes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with CNC machines, assembly lines, and fabrication processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality control tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / I.T.I / Polytechnic in Mechanical Engineering.
