What you'll actually do:

• Own client onboarding end-to-end
• Be the go-to person for client coordination & queries
• Keep operations running smoothly — SOPs, trackers, workflows
• Prepare client reports & business reviews
• Identify gaps and fix them before anyone notices

You're our person if you have:

• Background in Operations, Client Success, Account Management, or Healthcare Ops
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Basic Excel/Sheets comfort (no advanced analytics needed)
• Based out of Gurgaon or open to relocate
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or health-tech is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities
• Manage client documentation, trackers, timelines, and operational workflows
• Serve as a point of contact for operational queries and client coordination
• Support account management activities to ensure smooth ongoing engagement
• Generate utilization reports, engagement dashboards, and client-ready summaries
• Analyze user engagement trends, participation data, and operational metrics
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports for clients
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across operational processes
• Coordinate with internal teams, experts, and external partners/vendors
• Monitor operational efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain operational SOPs, trackers, and documentation
• Resolve client and user operational queries within defined timelines
