Job Description: - Effectively manage NG retail outlets (including Sales Target, stock, retail staff, client relationship, Audits, etc.) with the help of supervisors. - Expand the current NG network in org retail. - Liasoning with Nurturing Green team to get the desired sales results - Monthly/quarterly targets to complete. Responsibilities : - Achieve with the team overall retail sales which will be the basis of evaluation of the performance. - Managing operational/day to day retail affairs of stores and retail staff. - Smoothen any deadlocks coming in retail operations and effectively solve the issues. - Motivating, leading by examples, showing leadership skills while dealing with sales staff. - Effectively dealing customer queries to bring customer satisfaction at the highest. - Effectively transferring corporate leads to the corporate manager for his/her perusal. - Maintaining relations with clients, other team members and retail stakeholders like mall manager/ owner of shops/ etc. for carrying out the desired work effectively. - Preparing incentive chart for CCA's/ sales report chart weekly/ month closing reviews.
5C Network is looking for regional sales managers across India to lead the adoption of our product (www.5cnetwork.com) in hospitals and diagnostic centres. The job would involve visiting hospitals and diagnostic centres in the geography, demoing the product, following up, signing up, handholding and managing client relations. In addition, the candidate must be able to build strong channel tie-ups to drive adoption of our product. Regular updates with management team, and strict documentation is a must. Candidate should have a good idea of selling to medical centres and would ideally come with contacts in the space.
