ON7 is building the digital operating system for global skilled migration to Germany.

We are not a traditional education company.

We are a Migration-Tech platform connecting international professionals with German employers - efficiently, ethically, and at scale.

As part of our ecosystem, ON7 German Language Academy India will prepare professionals linguistically and structurally for Germany before migration begins.

Now we are launching in India. And we are looking for a founding Director to build it from the ground up.

This is not a corporate country head role.

This is a hands-on, disciplined, institution-building leadership position. You will establish our first academy, implement operational systems, maintain academic standards, and ensure sustainable commercial growth.

We are looking for someone who executes. Someone structured. Someone long-term.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Setup & Management

• Establish ON7’s first academy location in India
• Build and manage faculty hiring and scheduling
• Implement structured reporting systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage daily administration and team performance

Academic Oversight

• Maintain academic integrity from A1 to B2
• Ensure structured curriculum delivery
• Monitor student progression and performance
• Oversee exam readiness standards
• Protect academic quality at all times

Commercial Responsibility

• Achieve defined intake targets
• Protect pricing discipline
• Monitor unit economics and cost structure
• Build sustainable referral and partnership channels
• Ensure commercially viable operations

Institutional & Ecosystem Development

• Develop relationships with nursing colleges and healthcare institutions
• Represent ON7 professionally with local authorities and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-border processes with German partners
• Support structured migration pathways

Brand & Ethical Standards

• Maintain high professional standards
• Protect long-term brand positioning
• Ensure ethical recruitment practices
• Avoid short-term revenue shortcuts

Candidate Profile

Essential

• Fluent in German (minimum B2, C1 preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Experience in education management or academic operations
• Strong organizational and administrative capability
• Commercial awareness and cost discipline
• Ability to operate in structured startup environments

Preferred

• Experience in cross-border education or migration-linked programs
• Exposure to German institutions or healthcare pathways
• Experience building or scaling an academic center
• Leadership experience in private education
