Job Title: Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket Administrator
Location: Mumbai, India (candidate must be willing to attend onsite interviews in Malad, Mumbai)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3–4 years (seeking immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days and Local profiles are preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions using Atlassian tools
· Implement and manage user access controls, roles, and permissions within Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
· Collaborate with development and project teams to gather requirements and provide solutions using Jira workflows and Confluence documentation.
· Create and maintain custom scripts using Groovy for automation, improvements, and enhancements across the Atlassian suite.
· Develop and implement project management features, dashboards, and reports to support various stakeholders.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, providing timely support to users.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops to inform users of best practices and new features in the Atlassian tools.
· Stay up-to-date with new releases and features from Atlassian and evaluate their applicability to our processes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3-4 years of experience in administering Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket in a corporate environment.
· Proficiency in Groovy scripting for customizing and automating Atlassian products.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
· Experience with other development tools and practices is a plus.

1. IT Operations -
• Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, printers, CCTV, and internet connectivity
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Ensure uptime and performance of all IT infrastructure
2. System & Software Management -
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, ERP /CRM Tools, HRMS, Accounting software, and licensed applications.
• Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, updates, and troubleshooting
• Maintain user access controls and system permissions
3. Data Security & Compliance -
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
• Monitor antivirus, firewall, and system security protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and protection of employee and customer data
4. IT Asset & Vendor Management -
• Maintain IT Asset Inventory (Laptops, Desktops, Routers, Licenses, etc)
• Coordinate with external IT service providers, ISPs, and hardware vendors
• Manage AMC agreements and service renewals
5. Process Improvement & Reporting -
• Support digitalization initiatives and automation projects
• Document IT SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and system workflows
• Prepare periodic IT reports for management

1. Digital Campaign Management -
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and other platforms
• Manage paid ads, budgets, targeting, and performance tracking
• Generate qualified leads for service bookings and brand engagement
2. Content and Social Media -
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile)
• Coordinate creation of reels, posts, stories, and promotional creatives
• Ensure brand tone aligned with luxury and premium positioning
3. Website & SEO -
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and lead forms
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
• Monitor website traffic, conversions, and user behavior
4. Analytics & Reporting -
• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Use insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
5. Brand & Reputation Management -
• Manage online reviews, customer feedback, and Google ratings
• Support brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, and digital PR initiatives
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals and messaging.
