Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives to ensure business development goals and sales targets are met.
Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking, and guide the team to execute strategies effectively.
Sales Management: Promote and sell products/services, assisting the team in closing deals and fostering customer loyalty.
Customer Relationship: Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional after-sales support for long-term satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and on-ground activations.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Oversee market research efforts to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring team members maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team for content, campaign strategies, and event planning. Submit detailed reports on team performance and key metrics.
Create Error and Success Messages that are user-friendly, concise, and
aligned with the platforms tone.
- Draft informational tooltips (“i” symbol content) for all features to guide
users intuitively.
- Write onboarding form content to ensure smooth user registration and
setup.
- Develop step-by-step tutorials for each module of the platform (written
& visual).
- Script and collaborate with the design/video team to produce tutorial
videos for all modules.
- Draft and maintain Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in compliance
with applicable laws and SaaS industry standards.
- Prepare content for customer agreements and other legal or
operational documents related to the platform.
- Create technical blogs and news articles related to security, SaaS, and
cybersecurity.
- Draft technical press releases highlighting platform updates, product
launches, and company milestones.
- Curate content for technical presentations for internal, client, and
conference use.
- Write email templates and all other communication templates for user
engagement, onboarding, notifications, and marketing.
- Create and maintain product documentation using platforms
like Mintlify, ReadMe, GitBook, or similar.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and
marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and usability.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, is consistent, and enhances

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the defined territory.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and other key performance matrices.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with multi-level decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions & services.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Develop and maintain knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, target markets etc.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM system.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
5-8 years of experience selling Software Solution and Services to enterprise customers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or appropriate field.
Familiar with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills.
Must have passion for selling and constant desire to learn new technologies.
Proven track record of consistently and successfully achieving assigned targets.
Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels in an organization.
Must have good industry network and existing relationship with C -level contacts.
Must be able to work in a fast -paced, goal oriented and collaborative work environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing of the Building Automation Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control
Systems, Parking Guidance Systems, Occupancy sensors and lighting control.
• Planning and executing various marketing activities like e-mail campaign, participation in exhibition.
• Customer data management.
• Finding prospective customers and generating lead.
• Preparation of quotations/ proposals
• Techno-commercial discussions with customer and order finalization.
• Managing key customer accounts. Developing and maintaining relationship with existing key
customers.
• Keeps management informed of progress on every sales lead and customer account.
• Liaison between customer and project execution team for successful completion of project.
• Take challenging sales targets and strive to exceed them.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Building Automation and HVAC will be added advantage.
• The candidate should be willing to take initiative and should act as a good team member.
• Commercial understanding such as payment terms, various schedules, warranty, LD, retention
of contracting projects in the field.
Education & Qualification:
Post-Graduation in Marketing would be preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in electrical, Instrumentation or electronics Engineering.
