About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process across our various business units. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and hands-on experience in recruitment. Immediate joiners preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Onboard Candidates on their Day 1.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned department heads.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports.
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and HR coordination activities.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in multi-sector hiring).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Male candidate only.
