Job Title: Business Development Consultant / Business Development Manager Job Role: Fastron International is an HR consulting company offering services to organizations and individuals. As a business development consultant, you will generate lead, initiate discussions with prospective clients, identify their needs, recommend a solution and close the deal. You will work in partnership with the consulting team to ensure delivery of client expectations and satisfaction. The scope of the role is client acquisition for Specialist Recruitment (IT & Non-IT), Training and HR Consulting services across PAN India, GCC and Africa market though consultative sales. In a nutshell, promote Fastron International’s services, acquire clients and ensure repeat business through client satisfaction. Please note; Our Recruitment service division is part of/ partner with an international search firm that has 144 offices in 33 countries and so operates in that global firm’s brand name. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare strategic plans of developing new clientele for all three services. 2. Prospect and acquire new clients 3. Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of new client acquisition, number of qualified orders, financial valuations and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads 4. Increase company’s digital presence 5. Demonstrate mature approach to intelligent consultative selling and up selling, managing the sales process with potential, new and existing individual or corporate clients. 6. Ensure as much repeat business as possible and developing relationships. 7. Partner with Recruitment, Training and HR consulting teams to generate quality results. 8. Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation. 9. Take charge of task and perform duties as it deems to ensure end results are achieved.
