We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. HR Operations:
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and MIS data
- Assist in performance management processes
3. Employee Engagement & Support:
- Support employee engagement activities
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Assist in organizing internal events and HR initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
- Basic knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring
