The Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who is equal parts systems thinker, AI enthusiast, and the connective tissue across our entire go-to-market engine. This isn't a "keep the lights on" ops role. This is a builder role — you'll be architecting the processes, automations, and AI workflows that let our BD, Sales, and Marketing teams scale faster than they ever could manually. Half your time will be spent building intelligent agents and workflows using cutting-edge AI tools. The other half? Making sure every lead, every deal, and every data point is exactly where it should be. 

What You'll Own

AI-First Operations (50% of your time)

● Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and automated workflows across the entire revenue stack

● Use tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, or custom LLM pipelines to eliminate manual, repetitive work

● Proactively identify where AI can replace or augment human effort across BD, Sales, and Marketing

● Stay ahead of the curve — experiment with new AI tooling and bring the best back to the team

● Be our internal AI evangelist and help the broader GTM team use AI in their own workflows 

CRM & Data Integrity

● Own the CRM (end-to-end) — structure, hygiene, workflows, and governance

● Ensure every contact, company, deal stage, and activity is accurate, consistent, and actionable

● Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health

Tools, Stack & Integrations

● Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack across Sales, BD, and Marketing

● Ensure all tools are properly integrated and data flows seamlessly between systems (CRM ↔ enrichment ↔ outreach ↔ marketing ↔ analytics)

● Evaluate and onboard new tools with a ruthless focus on ROI and adoption

Process & Enablement

● Define and document the end-to-end lead lifecycle — from first touch to closed deal

● Build scalable playbooks and SOPs that the team actually uses

● Act as the operational bridge between BD, Sales, and Marketing — breaking silos and keeping everyone aligned

● Ensure leads never fall through the cracks, and every handoff is seamless

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Ansible automation, Kubernetes, and system-level scripting. This role focuses on building scalable automation and managing GPU-aware infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible
• Write and optimize Ansible playbooks for infrastructure and application deployment
• Automate system-level tasks using Bash scripting
• Debug and test automation workflows for reliability and scalability
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including:
• Pod lifecycle management
• Networking and firewall configurations
• GPU resource mapping and scheduling
• Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure secure and scalable infrastructure for AI workloads

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and automation workflows
• Solid Linux system administration experience
• Proficiency in Bash scripting
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes (pods, networking, CRDs, GPU scheduling)
• Experience in debugging and optimizing automation systems
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with GPU workloads or HPC environments
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

We are hiring a Principal Engineer – Physical Design to lead end-to-end implementation of advanced-node SoCs (7nm and below), from RTL to GDSII.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SoC / full-chip physical design and integration
• Drive floorplanning, partitioning, and P&R (APR)
• Define chip-level architecture for performance, power, and area
• Own clocking strategy, power planning, and dataflow
• Handle IO ring design, bump planning, and package co-design
• Ensure physical verification closure (DRC, LVS, DFM)
• Develop and own P&R flows and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, RTL, packaging)
• Mentor junior engineers and lead execution

Requirements:

• 15+ years in VLSI Physical Design
• Experience in 7nm or below technology nodes
• Strong expertise in floorplanning, STA, and P&R
• Hands-on with tools like ICC2 / Innovus / PrimeTime
• Experience in full-chip SoC tape-outs
• Strong understanding of ESD, latch-up, and foundry rules
• Experience with package integration and RDL is a plus

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automated QA Test Engineer (3–4 years experience) to design and implement

automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of Hosted.ai’s core platform. The ideal

candidate will have hands-on experience with Pytest, Python scripting, and test automation systems,

along with the ability to architect test harnesses, plan test coverage, and triage bugs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop automated test frameworks and test harness logic. ​

● Implement end-to-end, integration, and regression tests using Pytest and Python.

● Define and execute test coverage plans for critical components of the platform.

● Conduct bug analysis, triage, and root cause identification in collaboration with

engineering teams.● Ensure tests are reliable, repeatable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines. ​

●Continuously improve test automation practices and tooling.

● Document test strategies, results, and defect reports clearly.

Requirements

● 3–4 years of experience in software QA, with a focus on test automation.

● Strong background in manual testing.

● Strong hands-on experience with Pytest for UI and end-to-end testing.

● Proficiency in Python coding for test development and scripting.

● Experience architecting test harnesses and automation frameworks.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

● Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and coverage

strategies.

● Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

● Experience testing distributed systems, APIs, or cloud-native platforms.

● Exposure to performance/load testing tools.● Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, or GPU-based workloads.
