Responsibilities
- Procuring new clients through direct contact or word-of-mouth
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Analyzing market and establishing competitive advantages
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Qualifications
Ā
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Great networking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
ā¢ Organize and maintain personnel records
ā¢ Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
ā¢ Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, service agreements, and new hire guides.
ā¢ Revise company policies Liaise with external partners, like vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
ā¢ Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
ā¢ Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
ā¢ Process expense forms and participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize events)
ā¢ Co-ordinating with appointments and Interviews of hiring
ā¢ Take care of email and telephone correspondence.
ā¢ Manage office supplies (Stationary, refreshment, tea/coffee etc.)Office management
ā¢ Take care of day-to-day admin-related activities.
Skill Set Requirement
ā¢ Professional proficiency in English.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
ā¢ Must be able to manage stand-alone responsibility for HR documentation drafting and sharing, policy implementation, and performance management.
ā¢ Basic Excel, Email drafting, MIS reporting documentation.

Minimum Educational Requriements:
ā¢ Bachelors Degree in any Field

ā¢ MBA or working towards an MBA and/or
ā¢ Ex-Serviceman Army, Navy, or Airforce
