• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, service agreements, and new hire guides.
• Revise company policies Liaise with external partners, like vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
• Process expense forms and participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize events)
• Co-ordinating with appointments and Interviews of hiring
• Take care of email and telephone correspondence.
• Manage office supplies (Stationary, refreshment, tea/coffee etc.)Office management
• Take care of day-to-day admin-related activities.
Skill Set Requirement
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Must be able to manage stand-alone responsibility for HR documentation drafting and sharing, policy implementation, and performance management.
• Basic Excel, Email drafting, MIS reporting documentation.

Minimum Educational Requriements:
• Bachelors Degree in any Field
Preferred Educational Requirements:
• MBA or working towards an MBA and/or
• Ex-Serviceman Army, Navy, or Airforce

Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Great networking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
