We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Stringing In-Charge (AM level) for our site operations in Balesar. The ideal candidate should come with 8–12 years of experience in transmission line projects, specifically in stringing operations, and should have team leadership (TL) experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee stringing activities for transmission lines ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Supervise field teams, allocate tasks, and monitor day-to-day activities.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and coordinate with the project management team.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to stringing operations.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
