Role Overview 

We are looking for a highly analytical and operational Chief of Staff to serve as the right-hand strategic partner to our founders and leadership team. This role is a force multiplier—you will drive executive execution, improve high-level decision-making, and lead strategic initiatives across the company. This requires strong analytical thinking, AI fluency, and the operational rigor to turn visionary ideas into measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Strategy & Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to founders by managing business priorities and driving key organizational deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Own the execution of high-impact cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Support, and Operations.
  • Business Intelligence: Build dashboards, trackers, and comprehensive reports to empower data-backed leadership decision-making.
  • AI & Operational Excellence: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, analytics) to aggressively optimize workflows and scale internal productivity.
