Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing of the Building Automation Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control
Systems, Parking Guidance Systems, Occupancy sensors and lighting control.
• Planning and executing various marketing activities like e-mail campaign, participation in exhibition.
• Customer data management.
• Finding prospective customers and generating lead.
• Preparation of quotations/ proposals
• Techno-commercial discussions with customer and order finalization.
• Managing key customer accounts. Developing and maintaining relationship with existing key
customers.
• Keeps management informed of progress on every sales lead and customer account.
• Liaison between customer and project execution team for successful completion of project.
• Take challenging sales targets and strive to exceed them.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Building Automation and HVAC will be added advantage.
• The candidate should be willing to take initiative and should act as a good team member.
• Commercial understanding such as payment terms, various schedules, warranty, LD, retention
of contracting projects in the field.
Education & Qualification:
Post-Graduation in Marketing would be preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in electrical, Instrumentation or electronics Engineering.
