About the Role
As a Product Operations Lead at EquityList, you’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable systems and processes that power our product and customer experience. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, maintaining data integrity, optimizing onboarding flows, and ensuring smooth operational execution across teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving process challenges, and wants to grow into a Product Leadership position.
What You’ll Do
- Streamline Customer Onboarding Flows:
- Own the backend of customer onboarding, from data migration to platform setup - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Maintain Data Integrity:
- Manage and monitor customer and product data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Build Operational Systems:
- Design and document internal workflows, tools, and automations that improve visibility and efficiency across Product and CS teams.
- Be the Bridge Between Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer onboarding, migrations, and feature rollouts.
- Drive Product Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and present product usage data and feedback to help prioritize improvements and streamline product delivery.
- Optimize Processes Continuously:
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product ops infrastructure and support rapid iteration in a startup environment.
- Contribute to Product Strategy:
- As you grow in the role, help shape and influence how the product team scales processes, systems, and customer onboarding experiences.

What We’re Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or B2B startup environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable with CXOs, founders, and functional leaders.
- Data driven; proficient with Excel and has working knowledge of writing SQL
- Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive problem solver.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building systems and processes from scratch.
- High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of equity management, private markets, and startup operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. Material & Production Quality Control
Inspect incoming façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, sealants,
fasteners, etc.) for compliance with approved specifications.
Monitor façade fabrication processes, including cutting, machining, assembly, and
glazing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Verify proper calibration and operation of machinery used in façade production.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of façade panels and units.
2. Installation Site Quality Control
Inspect façade installation on-site, ensuring alignment, fixing, sealing, waterproofing,
and thermal insulation meet approved drawings and method statements.
Monitor installation tolerances, anchorage systems, and structural safety
requirements.
Identify non-conformities at the site and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
3. Testing & Compliance
Conduct or supervise façade-related tests such as water penetration tests, air
infiltration tests, structural load tests, adhesion tests, and visual inspections.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, BS,
EN, ISO), and local building regulations.
Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection checklists, and NCRs (Non-
Conformance Reports).
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), MIRs
(Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), and QC daily
logs.
Support QA/QC Manager in compiling QA documentation for project handover.
Track and follow up on corrective actions and improvements.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with production supervisors, site engineers, project managers, and
subcontractors regarding quality issues.
Participate in quality meetings, site inspections, and audits.
Provide technical guidance and training on quality procedures for façade works.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Architecture, or related field.
Experience
2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or
aluminum/glass fabrication.
Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.
Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.
Understanding of façade testing procedures.
3-5 years experience in the field of Accounting, Compliance's and Taxation.
Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Fixed Assets Audits, Finalization of books of accounts of non-corporate entities including Cash Flow Statements. Preparation & Filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, TDS, Finance and Company matter related assignments as well as Concurrent Audits.
