The Head – Strategic Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth, structured, and scalable execution across the organization. The role focuses on translating leadership vision into clear systems, coordinated teams, and reliable day-to-day operations.
This position works closely with senior leadership to strengthen processes, improve execution quality, and support sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and growth strategies into actionable operational plans
- Design, implement, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, academics, operations, and support teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes in collaboration with HR
- Monitor execution timelines, delivery quality, and operational consistency
- Track key performance indicators and prepare structured performance reports
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements
- Act as a bridge between leadership planning and on-ground execution

Data AnalyticsWhat you will do:
- Understand the process of CaaStle business teams, KPIs, and pain points
- Build scalable data products, self-service tools, data cubes to analyze and present data associated with acquisition, retention, product performance, operations, client services, etc.
- Closely partner with data engineering, product, and business teams and participate in requirements capture, research design, data collection, dashboard generation, and translation of results into actionable insights that can add value for business stakeholders
