This position works closely with senior leadership to strengthen processes, improve execution quality, and support sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and growth strategies into actionable operational plans
- Design, implement, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, academics, operations, and support teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes in collaboration with HR
- Monitor execution timelines, delivery quality, and operational consistency
