Business Operations Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic female interns who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in market research and are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. This role involves gathering market intelligence, conducting surveys, and engaging with potential customers to support our research and business development efforts.

• Convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable residential properties, aligning with their investment needs.
• Utilize leads from the Marketing team and generate self-leads through local activities.
• Conduct site visits, address queries, and liaise with developers or our Developer Relations Team for clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with operations processes, guaranteeing customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
• Provide after-sales services and assist customers in obtaining home loans.
• Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, developers, and industry professionals.
• Meet sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the real estate firm.
• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
• Provide guidance to clients in making informed decisions about real estate investments.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, prepare documents, and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Year of Experience : 3- 8 yrs

Location : Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune

Work on ISO 27001 & NIST based Information Security Management System implementation and sustenance.

-          Responsible for SOX (IT Security Controls) and track the monthly/quarterly/annual control reports and drive effectiveness of SOX controls.

-          Work on Business Continuity Planning, IT Disaster Recovery as per ISO27001 & NIST requirements

-          Assess information security posture, identify the gaps/risks in the existing environment and develop solutions to mitigate the identified gaps/risk

-          Conduct Information Systems audits covering IT infrastructure assets

-          Working knowledge in security domains such as: security governance policies and procedures, risk management, compliance, access control, network security, security architecture, security incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity management, privacy and data protection

-          Experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF/800-171, etc.

-          Possesses certifications such as ISO27001 LA. CISSP, CISA certification- preferred

Basic Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of algorithms/data structures is a must
• Strong Java software development experience – with a focus on Java 8 & 9
• Experience with NoSql databases – ideally with MongoDB
• Experience implementing REST apis – ideally with JAX-RS
• Experience with Reactive Programming – ideally with RxJava
• Experience implementing unit tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications in fintech or established financial institutions
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Experience developing systems that can scale to large amounts of data
• Experience working in Agile Scrum
• Experience working on a globally distributed team
