Qualification – Any Graduate, Preferably B Pharm, M Pharm, MBA

Experience – Min 5 years

• Devising, reviewing and reporting on the strategy for business development in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation
• Planning, formulating and implementing marketing strategies and promotions to increase market penetration and to drive revenue & profitability by maximizing sales
• Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through
• Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales of an assigned territory
• Steering business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planned sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational / business development activities

Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Frontend DeveloperJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Frontend Developer to join our digital experience team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining responsive, dynamic web applications using AEM along with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites

- Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces

- Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries

- Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic and responsive web features

- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

Required Skills:- 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js or Angular

- 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript

- Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and component development

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON

- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills:- Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS

• Extensive background designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software.
• Good understanding of Node.js & Javascript.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and initiatives into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of SQL database.
• Demonstrable experience architecting scalable and cost effective solutions to ensure and support customer growth.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers in all aspects of planning, development and testing.
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
• Interest in engaging with latest technologies and evaluating strategies to keep the Novo technology stack up to date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams effectively.
