EXPECTATION
The Product Manager is an integral member of Datacultr’s Product team who will serve as foundation that provide structure and cohesion between the Datacultr platform, Collections Digitization, Data Sciences and analytics. You will work cross-functionally on strategizing, planning, and implementing Debt Collections products at Datacultr. You will be responsible for leading the efforts on debt collection processes, engineering and product insights gathering requirements, overseeing development, and measuring the impact of these efforts.
Recognized as the debt collections subject matter expert within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the vision and the strategy for debt collections platform, services, and usage at Datacultr (both internal and external).
- Partner with engineering managers and business stakeholders to help scope, identify trade-offs, and prioritize the implementation of debt collection products.
- Own the platform and products roadmap, and prioritize opportunities based on business impact.
- Gather business requests from downstream consumers, engineering, and business functions. Empower consumers by building adoption and providing education on how to best leverage debt collection processes.
- Deeply understand upstream and downstream systems and their implications on the platform.
KEY REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required in the SaaS industry, preferably with a Banking Software Vendor, focused on global financial services, understanding of Debt Collection processes is a pre-requisite
- Functional experience must have been gained in one or more of the following roles: product management & system implementations of front office/back office systems.
- Strong knowledge in banking products life cycle.
- Good knowledge of banking applications, including collection processes.
- Business-level understanding of Debt Collection processes
