Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Intern who wants to dive deep into product analytics, growth experimentation, and user-centric problem solving.
You’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager, APMs, engineering team, and the Founders, gaining hands-on experience in digging into user data, fixing and validating tracking, and helping ship fast experiments and product improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and ready to dive into the operational, data, and execution work that drives B2C product growth.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in defining tracking plans and validating events across Mixpanel/GA4/Amplitude.
• Support analysis of user funnels to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities.
• Help run MVP experiments, from hypothesis to analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics and contribute insights that impact the final product.
• Work with design, engineering, ops, and growth teams to support feature execution.

Summary
Genesys is looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ developer with strong experience in Salesforce CPQ, billing, and platform related technologies. This role is responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the CPQ and billing product solutions.
