You’ll be responsible for designing and automating end-to-end testing across a multi-system landscape including Salesforce, Workday, Zuora, and other critical platforms.
You will play a key role in building scalable, automated QA processes using Copado, enabling high-confidence releases across integrated systems. We’re looking for someone who is AI-curious and proactive about leveraging AI tools to accelerate QA workflows, improve test coverage, and reduce manual effort.
Responsibilities

- Ensure automated tests are data-resilient and environment-agnostic, supporting seamless promotion across dev, QA, staging, and production
- Integrate automated tests into Copado pipelines and Quality Gates to enforce release quality and prevent regressions
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate test creation, improve defect detection, and optimize QA workflows
- Collaborate with engineering, business systems analysts, and stakeholders to define test coverage aligned to business processes, not just individual systems

- Create and manage test data strategies, including validation via SOQL and system-specific queries/APIs
- Identify, log, and track defects across systems, working closely with teams to drive resolution

- Experience working with integrated enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Zuora, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with using AI tools to improve productivity, automation, or testing workflows
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows and how data flows across systems
- Familiarity with API testing, integration testing, and data validation techniques
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL or similar query languages for validation and debugging
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience applying AI in QA contexts (e.g., test generation, intelligent test maintenance, anomaly detection, or workflow automation)
- Experience with quote-to-cash, billing, or HR systems workflows
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience with additional test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Copado, Tricentis)
