Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Delhi for a Business Development Associate / Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, generating leads through outbound and inbound channels, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the cyber risk and compliance space. The team member will conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning, and will prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, coordinating with marketing and product teams to align messaging, following up on outreach activities, and supporting the overall revenue growth strategy. The role also includes documenting client interactions in CRM tools, providing feedback from the market, and contributing to sales proposals and negotiation support.

Qualifications

Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance solutions, is beneficial. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels. Candidates should possess effective presentation skills, including creating and delivering impactful presentations tailored to client needs. Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, and follow-up. Candidates should possess market research skills, including analyzing industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field are preferred. Ability to work in a target-driven environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM and productivity tools are advantageous. Interest in cyber risk, governance, and compliance domains and willingness to learn technical concepts will be an added benefit.

Requirement:

• Design and Implementation: Develop, configure, and implement modules within the ServiceNow IRM application to support risk management processes, including Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Customization and Integration: Customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including the creation of forms, workflows, and reports. Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and platforms to enhance risk visibility and reporting.
• Scripting and Development: Utilize JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and other programming tools to develop functionalities, including business rules, client scripts, and orchestrations.

Ability to understand the pain points related to Risk, Policy and Audit Management along

with Third Party Risk Management to provide solutions in ServiceNow
