Job Description:

Required skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• hands on exp in react.js
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with front-end development using Angular.js HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or Pyramid.
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools.
• A working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community.

What you'll do?

• This is a hands-on leadership role. As the design lead, we expect you to take the lead design role on key projects as well as delegating and managing the entire design team.
• Provide guidance and support for a team of 5-6+ designers. Direct and inspire teams to create consistent and cohesive design work across a diverse range of clients.
• You'll lead and earn the trust of clients at all levels by displaying credibility in your professional capacity, an unbiased perspective and unique take on their business challenges, a passion for their brand and their customers, and an uncompromising commitment to their success.
• Demonstrate fearlessness in the face of the unknown and a desire to bring order to the world through design inquiry. While working on several projects, you’ll also conceptualize and collaborate with internal teams on marketing ideas and experiences.
• Your expertise in design will help lead clients, team members and peers to think about ways that solve business challenges while meeting brand and customer needs.

What you have:

• Experience | 5-10 years of experience in an agency or design studio,
• Body of Work | Portfolio featuring a wide range of creative work that displays mastery of your skills, ideas and execution. Expertise in the formal elements of visual design, including typography, colour, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office. UI/UX experience is a bonus.
• Proven design-led conceptual and campaign experience; demonstrated success working on integrated campaigns that include digital, social, and/or emerging media.
• Experience working across multiple parallel work streams and within a flexible and agile environment.
• Ability to assess work, delegate tasks, hire resources and manage the team output effectively.

• Expertise with NodeJS (extensively using ExpressJS) and databases like MongoDB or MySQL
• Comfortable with developing MVC architecture-based code
• Skilled in implementing security features across the applications and components
• Skilled with code optimization techniques
• Strong troubleshooting techniques
• Strong defect resolution process for minimized latency
• Familiarity with confluence management like JIRA/Trello/Youtrack

• Networking fundamentals, prior working experience in network technologies and protocols
• Tools usage - Code quality, Memory/CPU profiling tools
• Ability to build supportability features to reduce the defects in software components
• Knowledge of GNU tools, revision control software (SVN, Git, etc.) and development lifecycle, docker container usage and LDAP is a plus

Must Good to Have Details :

- Must have at least 1 year of experience on React Native along with architecture experience in Mobile Applications.

- Have strong knowledge of App UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio IntelliJ, VsCode

- In-Depth Knowledge of React, React Native, TypeScript or JavaScript Redux, Hooks, ECMAScript (ES6, ES7 etc.), Node, NPM and iOS & Android Build systems

Must have :

- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage and must have on React Native chart Library

- Working knowledge on Sending Notifications with APNs & FCM

- Experience working with Backend Web Services (like REST etc), Fetch API, and Axios and knowledge of Databases (Relational, Distributed etc.)

- Experience in integrating libraries like React Navigation, React Native, Firebase, Social Logins (Facebook, Google, Apple etc.), Push Notifications etc.

- Responsive layouts in both platforms in reactive native using Media Query & Flexbox

- Sound knowledge of Design Patterns like Creational, Structural, and Behavioral

Good to have :

- Working experience on third-party dependencies and debugging - dependency conflicts

- Must be able to integrate native code in react-native and expo Modules

- Able to generate builds for both IOS(.IPA) and Android (APK) Platforms and experience in hosting apps on respective Stores(AppStore, PlayStore).

• 2-3 years experience in advertising/social media agency is a must
• Ability to work alone, and be happy to team up with different creatives, as well as speak out and add value during larger brainstorms for fast-turnaround briefs    

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Experience in customer support is a plus
