Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 6+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) with atleast 3+ years in B2C companies

Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies

Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies

Mandatory (Leadership): Must have atleast 2 years of experience leading a team of designers

Mandatory (Note 1): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study

Mandatory (Note 2): CTC is inclusive of 5%variable

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility to be a part of IT Governance and Compliance Team of the bank and would be working towards GRC control function: Compliance & Regulatory reporting viz Cyber KRI, TRANCHE, ICAAP etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Custodian of IT governance and IT process governance framework.
• Handling of Regulatory audits and submissions.
• To understand Indents from regulators, collated, review the data and timely submission.
• Responsible for IT policy creation, review, update, awareness, and monitoring.
• Administration of key IT processes: E.g., incident management, policy exception management
• Will be reporting to Lead IT Governance.
• Identify improvements and breakdowns in IT governance elements with significant business impact.
• Create and maintain library of governance artifacts and other supporting documentation.
• Proactively identify and manage risks/issues, ensure proper visibility and communication occur to senior management.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures in the execution of technology projects.
• Provide guidance and trainings to Project team members in the field regarding IT governance.
• Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.
• Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Role: Founding ML Engineer, full-time

Location: India. We can sponsor visas to relocate to the US based on fit. 

Compensation: Around INR 25 lakh based on experience + equity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s (preferred) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production, ideally with “0 to 1” ML work

Technical

• Expertise in NLP: Hugging Face Transformers, BERT, RoBERTa, and techniques like text classification and semantic clustering.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini) for prompt engineering, fine-tuning for specific use cases, content generation, and cost-optimized ML infrastructure
• Deep Learning & Graph-Based ML: Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, GNNs, and dynamic graph databases like Neo4j for modelling relationships
• AI-powered chatbots, integrating LLMs for natural language interaction, feedback processing, and real-time user support
• Real-Time Data Processing & Integration: Skilled in using Apache Kafka and integrating ML models into scalable, reliable back-end systems
• Cloud Deployment: Experience deploying and managing ML services on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on scalability and performance optimization

Job Description:

1. Experienced in developing .NET Core, http://asp.net/" target="_blank">ASP.NET MVC, Web applications, WEB /REST APIs with C# Language.
2. Proficient in OOP and design Skilled in the use of Structured Query Language (SQL) as a tool for retrieving, updating, inserting, deleting, manipulating, and managing data stored in enterprise databases.
3. Strong knowledge of Database concepts and Relational Database Management Systems such as Microsoft SQL.

Job Summary

• Candidates must have knowledge of converting PSD/Figma/Xd into HTML(WordPress) with custom bootstrap coded.
• Must have knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor, DIVI, Beaver Builder or Visual Composer and able to customize WordPress plugins if needed.

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.

• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

The Data Engineer would be responsible for selecting and integrating Big Data tools and frameworks required. Would implement Data Ingestion & ETL/ELT processes

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands on experience on Big Data tools/technologies like Spark,  Databricks, Map Reduce, Hive, HDFS.
• Expertise and excellent understanding of big data toolset such as Sqoop, Spark-streaming, Kafka, NiFi
• Proficiency in any of the programming language: Python/ Scala/  Java with 4+ years’ experience
• Experience in Cloud infrastructures like MS Azure, Data lake etc
• Good working knowledge in NoSQL DB (Mongo, HBase, Casandra)
