Profile
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of B2B SaaS experience who can:
- Own end-to-end digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, content, email)
- Drive qualified leads and revenue, not just traffic
- Use AI tools and modern marketing tactics to stay ahead
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team (3–6 people)
Responsibilities
1) Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns
- Improve CAC, CPL, and ROI across all paid channels
- Build ABM campaigns for enterprise prospects
2) SEO & Content
- Lead AI-powered SEO using ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, or similar tools
- Create content strategies around high-intent keywords
- Optimize technical SEO and improve organic rankings
3) Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Drive demand generation and qualified pipeline (MQLs → SQLs)
- Improve conversion rates across landing pages, forms, and nurture flows
- Run experiments to optimize the buyer journey
4) Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using GA4, HubSpot/CRM, and dashboards
- Analyze funnel metrics and channel ROI
- Make data-driven decisions on budget and strategy
5) Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor 3–6 marketers
- Set clear goals and hold the team accountable
- Build a culture of experimentation and learning
Requirements
- 5–8 years in digital marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven success with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong SEO skills (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
- Experience with AI SEO tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Clearscope)
- Hands-on with GA4, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and marketing automation
- Track record of improving lead quality and reducing CAC
- Experience managing or mentoring a team

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop digital marketing strategies for online channels (social media, email, website, search engines). ● Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. ● Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics(GA4), SEMrush, Search Console etc.) to adjust campaigns and improve results. ● SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization techniques to increase organic search visibility and rankings. ● PPC Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI. ● Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with followers, and analyze engagement metrics. ● Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns that promote products/services, maintain customer relationships, and drive conversions. ● Collaborate with teams like design, sales, and product development to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Create a Digital Marketing Strategy
- · Manage the company website by updating, writing, and editing product and market content, while maintaining a consistent and appealing appearance throughout the web pages and documents
- · Improve SEO organically and through selective Strategic Google AdWords campaigns; managed internally or with outside consultant
- · Manage company global online presence on all vendor sites, industry directories, Google Business listings, and establish systematic LinkedIn posting plan with Sales & Service Manager input
- · Mine and analyze data from the ERP system to identify and create targeted Prospect Lists to be furnished to the company’s Inside and Outside salespeople
- · Ability to research business opportunities and present ideas and findings to company management

- Qualifications and skills
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Business with major in Marketing with relevant coursework in Website design/management and analytics
- · Creative thinking (visual & messaging); digital design skills are a significant plus
- · Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- · Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
- · Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Delivering PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks, based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision-making
- Fully assessing and understanding business objectives and translating those goals into a PPC strategy and action plan
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and presenting progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Undertaking smart buying decisions to ensure maximum effect for a given online budget spend
- Collaborating with other marketing colleagues to ensure joint strategic marketing objectives align with paid ad activity
- Working with IT and web development teams to ensure there is a technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure the success of key aspects – such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics
