Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable production professional to support manufacturing operations within our Machine Division. The role focuses on achieving production targets, improving productivity and quality, and optimizing manufacturing costs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in machine manufacturing industries
• Experience in production operations at a middle-management level in a medium-sized manufacturing setup

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Achieve production targets with optimal utilization of manpower and materials
• Organize production and assembly areas for smooth workflow
• Implement Kaizen initiatives and maintain shop-floor discipline (1S, 2S)

Process & Quality Improvement

• Review daily production, assembly, and quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and assembly processes
• Ensure final product acceptance at QC and packing stages

Manufacturing Execution

• Oversee in-house shop floor activities including machining, welding, fabrication, grinding, polishing, and laser marking
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Quality teams for material availability
• Ensure material issuance, production confirmation, and subcontracting follow-ups

Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our digital marketing services to potential clients.

About You: ● Education ranging from a Bachelor’s of Science degree in computer science or related engineering degree. ● 12+ years of high level API, abstraction layers, and application software development experience. ● 5+ years experience building scalable, serverless solutions in GCP or AWS ● 4+ years of experience in Python, MongoDB ● Experience with large-scale distributed systems and streaming data services. ● Experience building, developing, and maintaining cloud native infrastructure, serverless architecture, micro-operations, and workflow automation. ● You are a hardworking problem-solver who thrives in finding solutions to difficult technical challenges. ● Experience with modern high-level languages and databases including Javascript, MongoDB, and Python. ● Experience in Github, Gitlab, CI/CD, Jira, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and collaborative documentation. ● Expertise with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or containerization, is a great plus. ● Ability to write and assess clean, functional, high quality and testable code for each of our projects. ● Positive and proactive, solution-focused contributor and team motivation.

• Generate leads through marketing, lead gen tools, cold calling, events, existing customer outreach
• Locate the right person in the organization and Make the first pitch
• Send solutions and Services marketing collateral/ material over email
• Follow up, pitch, and convince the customer to try us/take a demo of services wherever we offer.
• Schedule an online meeting or discussion or chat with interested suspects through skype/Chat/phone for the sales closure team
• Develop and prospect sales opportunities as well as work on company-provided sales leads
• Manage a complex sales cycle with multiple decision-makers and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders
• Use our sales CRM tool, and update it at every step of the process.
• Maintain and build up a regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through skype, LinkedIn and other online social network sites sources
• Validate Leads by following our Sales qualification process
• Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building databases, and Proficient in secondary research.
• Act as one point of contact for all client queries from Pre-Sales to Post Sales till project delivery and involved in strategic planning for the generation of inbound/ outbound leads & targeting to produce max revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

- Manage all accounting transactions

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, manage balance sheet and P/L statements

- Document financial transactions by entering account information, review and reconciling accounts

payable and receivable

- Ensure timely vendor payments, compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- Review financial transactions and documents

- Preparing PF, PT and ESIC returns and fulfilling the statutory compliance of the company.

- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

- Preparation of GST returns and filings.

Requirement



2-3 years of relevant experience and at least a year of working experience in

the FinTech industry is preferred.



Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CMA) Inter is a plus.



Strong Excel skill is required.


