• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and excellent problem solving skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in Reactive programming, Asynchronous programming and Unit Testing will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of React.js and its fundamentals, ideally including modern features like hooks
• Excellent understanding of TypeScript/Javascript including the OOP concept and how shadow DOM and DOM work
• Experience with widely used React.js state managers like Flux/Redux
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM etc
• Knowledge of the overall browser rendering behaviour and measuring and optimising performance
• Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like Git

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• provide first, and second-tier (L1, L2) product support via Email, Social media, and our Forums.

• Resolving all customer issues in a time-bound manner. Comply with the SLA for issue resolution.

• Monitoring application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures. Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem quickly.

• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues in using Enpass.

• Work closely with technical teams to investigate complex issues and enhance the quality of existing products.

• Document and follow-up customer suggestions for continued improvements to the Development Team.

• Provide daily metrics and reports on tickets; maintain the ticketing system and the tickets.

• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

• Improve Product user-guide and FAQs.
