RESPONSIBILITIES

● Responsible for communicating with customers from a collections stand-point

● Omni channel communication such as Email, SMS, Tele Calling etc.

● Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments in a friendly manner, and proactively propose solutions based on defined SOPs

● Monitor accounts on a daily basis

● Identify outstanding account receivables

● Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Finance, Sales, and the Legal team.

● Investigate historical data for debts and bills

● Developing debt collection strategies and plans

● Take actions in order to encourage timely payments

● Process payments and refunds

● Resolve billing issues ● Ensure compliance to all federal and local regulations for collection process

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field

● 3-6 years of relevant experience

● Experience working in the collections team for consumer credit products such as Credit Card, Personal Loan, Education Loan, 2W and 4W, Home Loan, etc.

● Excellent knowledge of various collection techniques

● Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses

● Knowledge of MS Office, Data Interpretation, databases, and alternate mode of collections

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1. PowerApps Fundamentals: A strong grasp of PowerApps' core concepts, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, connectors, controls, data sources, formulas, and UI/UX design principles.

Data Integration: Ability to connect and integrate with various data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Excel, Common Data Service (CDS)/ Azure Data Verse, APIs, and external systems.

Formulas and Logic: Proficiency in using PowerApps formula language (PowerFx) to implement complex business logic, manipulate data, control app behavior, and create dynamic user experiences.

User Interface (UI) Design: Skills in designing intuitive and responsive user interfaces using different controls, layouts, themes, and navigation patterns to ensure an optimal user experience.

Security and Permissions: Understanding of PowerApps security measures, role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and compliance standards to build secure applications.

Automations and Workflows: Knowledge of Power Automate (formerly Flow) to create workflows, automate business processes, trigger actions, and integrate them seamlessly with PowerApps.

App Lifecycle Management: Familiarity with app versioning, deployment strategies, testing methodologies, and best practices for app lifecycle management within PowerApps.

Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize app performance by reducing load times, optimizing data retrieval, minimizing network calls, and using caching mechanisms.

Customization and Extensibility: Experience in customizing apps using custom connectors, plugins, custom controls, and leveraging the Power Platform's extensibility capabilities.

This position is for Oracle Golden Gate developer and DBA position. The Candidate will implement and support Oracle Golden Gate replication components across many databases. Working closely with many application teams and implementing near real time replications with golden gate. Candidate should provide operational support as well.

Roles and responsibilities :

Configure and build Golden Gate Extracts/replicate for multiple databases.

Configure error handling for restart, logging, production support and status reporting in Golden Gate.

Identify and produce documentation of best practices.
