 The PCQA Manager is a key role to support the process improvement (CMMI V2.0) initiative that will help assess the quality of the software delivered by a growing Software Development Company to its customers. This role will be part of the PCQA team, which helps the organization sustain SEI CMMI DEV Level 5, upgrade to CMMI V2.0 and support other methodology related initiatives.

• Lead the PCQA team and be flexible to take up assignments within the team such as Coaching, Auditing, implementation, process improvement projects, QMS process improvements, agile practices implementation etc.
• Mentor the team in the development and implementation of QMS aligning to CMMI V2.0 within the organization across geographies
• Identify improvements opportunities in the existing policies, processes, procedures, templates and metrics for the organization
• Define and utilize metrics and reports to manage quality efforts
• Prepare and conduct quality assurance product reviews and prepare projects teams ready for process audits according to the audit plan
• Sound understanding of Process Frameworks/Methodologies like CMMI-Dev, SVC, AGILE SCRUM etc.
• Good understanding of various software development life cycles
• Ability to influence and drive delivery with global senior management
• Attention to detail while keeping a global perspective, willing to deep-dive for data analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global stakeholders
• Very good understanding of Information security concepts and implementation experience of ISO 27001 and other security standards is a value add

As the Implementation Lead/Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase to successful system deployment.

• Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the implementation process, configurations, and client-specific details.

Develop user manuals and guides as needed.

• Post-Implementation Review:

Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, assess project success, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback for future enhancements.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible

Role & Responsibilities

• Design Automation framework and develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency

As a Power BI and QlikView Developer, we expect the candidate to be a key contributor in the implementation of data analytics dashboards – from data preparation to dashboard development, unit testing and deployment. The primary work focus for the candidate is as under: 

• Understanding the database design. 

• Develop efficient SQL queries from simple to complex and test the data output as a part of data preparation activity 

• Development & Unit Testing – Dashboards & Data Visualizations using Power BI 

• Troubleshooting/debugging and rectifying issues

• Adherence of standards and best practices as defined by the company at the individual level and as a team 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Degree in BE/ BTech with at least 3 to 5 years of overall experience 

• Experience in working on multiple databases like MS SQL (Mandatory), PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, MySQL (would be a plus) etc. and data analytics projects (a minimum of 2 to 3).  

• Experience working on SQL Server: Writing queries of 1 to 2 years is mandatory.  

• Expertise in Power BI and knowledge of QlikView (1-2 years). 

• Understanding other tools like Tableau, Domo etc. would be a great plus 

• Experience in working on different types of visualizations, in addition to the generic ones – Scatter plots, Heat Maps, Geo maps, Gantt, Bubbles, Tree Maps etc. 

• Experience working on Trends, forecasting etc. would be a plus 

• Experience in working with projects teams and ensuring the successful delivery of the solution

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer role:

• Having experience in Java along with Springboot, Micorservices, RDBMS
• Experience required: 6yrs to 8 yrs.
