IT Project Manager – Team Lead 

About the position:- 

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Stakeholder management, Budget management.
• · Merck specific Processes for project execution.
• Like Risk, info class, IT security etc.
• · Client communication and updates.
• · Daily monitoring and follow-up with development, testing, implementation teams for status update.
• · Project planning, estimation and scheduling the task/assignment for team. · Single point of contact for any other teams.

Core Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field.
• Eligibility Exams: Clearing the UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) or SLET/SET (State Level Eligibility Test) is a standard requirement in India.
• Ph.D. Requirement: A Doctorate is often required for long-term career progression and is mandatory for certain university-level appointments as per UGC norms.

1. Programming and Coding Languages

• Core Languages:
• Python – General-purpose, easy-to-learn, popular for data science, web development, automation, etc.
• JavaScript – Essential for web development (both frontend and backend).
• Java – Widely used in enterprise applications, Android development.
• C/C++ – Great for systems programming, high-performance computing.
• Ruby, Go, Swift, Kotlin – For various application domains (web, mobile, etc.).
• Functional Programming:

2. Data Structures & Algorithms

Relationship Manager- Broking

Key Responsibilities:

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with Authorized Partners (APs).

Cloud expertise: You have extensive knowledge of Snowflake, dbt and other cloud technologies (e.g. MS Azure, AWS, GCP).

SQL know-how: You have a sound and solid knowledge of SQL.

Data management: You are familiar with topics such as master data management and data quality.
