He/She would have lead the process improvement and solution conceptualization and handled large integrations involving the latest technologies in the field of solution architecture. The architect should have a successful track record in managing and implementing e-government projects with particular focus on business components, and has contributed to the IT Strategy, maintenance of the information strategy and use architecture to support business and process change.

The candidate should strong interpersonal skills, who not only enjoys the challenge of working with other team members but externally with a diverse, senior-Government officials across varied Ministries and PSUs. Recent experience and understanding of the Indian business ecosystem and government initiatives is a must.

The candidate will be required to showcase excellent communication skills and will have demonstrated consistently the skill and capability in delivering impactful and insightful projects in the past. He/she will also be required to participate in client meetings and, during the course of a project, will be responsive to client enquiries, eventually leading the delivery engagement.

They will also be expected to contribute to Practice or Firm development. This may be adjudged in various ways such as serving as a mentor to other team members, by leading training/development initiatives, contributing to thought leadership papers, assisting other network firms etc.

Our client is a dairy processing company, with a strong milk collection system, and state-of-the-art Swiss technology-based Bulk Milk Cooler, aimed at providing 100% quality dairy products. The 7-year old company’s processing facility is QMS ISO 9001 certified through Swiss accreditation and FSSC 22000 certified through UKAS accreditation.

Their products include toned and double toned milk pouches, curd, buttermilk, ghee and a variety of flavoured yoghurt options. The founders of the company are a Swiss-based Indian couple who are dairy experts and entrepreneurs, who have made sure that the fully automated technology used by them, ensures hygienic and quality products, at every stage of processing till delivery, matching Swiss standards.

As a Senior Executive (QA), you will be responsible for establishing quality regulations for products and employees.

What you will do:

Designing, implementing and improving company quality standards and analyzing data in order to find areas for growth and improvements
Training, motivating and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met and preparing reports to track the progress
Formulating strategies to increase productivity
Testing and sampling products (Raw, Semi Finished and Finished Products), ensuring they meet set standards and specifications
Conforming all products are properly labeled before output
Investigating customers' complaints and ensuring safety procedures and processes
Establishing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability in the organizations and monitoring all operations that affect quality and keeping all record related to quality and food safety, statistical reviews and relevant documents
Communicating with external vendors and quality officers during onsite inspections

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

BSc. or MSc. or B. Tech (Chemistry/ DT / FT/ Micro /BT)
Experience in Food Safety Process, audits, corrective actions
Good at reporting corrective actions taken at management review meetings
Knowledge in creating a flow diagram for each product and process covered by Food Safety Management System
Experience in reviewing all rejections by food inspector/quality officers and in submissions of reports
Willingness to work 6 days as one rotational off either on Monday or Sunday
Lead Auditor Training Certificate or work experience as FSTL or Food Safety Team Member
