Responsibilities, Skills:

• Own
• Take the deliverable through lifecycle (Spec review, Test design, Test execution and defect reporting, Segregation tests in smoke, sanity, regression, Customer Issue reproduction, test case addition/update, automation to build regression suite for Customer reported issues
• Help with issue reproduction and debugging
• Keeping required documentation up to date for compliance for every deliverable

• Perform under guidance
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Track quality assurance metrics and QMS compliance
• Automate smoke, sanity and regression suite for backlog
• Expected to take initiative
• Stay up-to-date with new testing and test automation tools and test strategies
• Contribute to SDLC discussion and tweak processes to Avegen specific needs including waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc.

Educational Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

● Additional business degree/Certification in Agile or Scrum preferred

Good to have ISTQB certification

About the team:

The Mobile App Product team is responsible for building the best-in-class mobile ecosystem for SMEs. We do this by building features that solve real-world problems for SMEs that improve agency stickiness for the platform.We also allow them to consolidate their offering to their clients in a single platform packaged under their white-labeled brand.

This team acts as a bridge between multiple product areas including Phone System, email systems, CRM, Reputation Management etc.

Position Summary:

GoHighLevel is looking for an SDET II for its Mobile team who is passionate about mobile testing and automation. You will be creating, maintaining, and automating test cases for the iOS and Android apps at GoHighLevel. In addition, we are developing innovative tools to boost our testing efficiency, debug failures, and make communicating results with HighLevel reports easy. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting test automation results. The ideal candidate will be technical, detail-oriented, creative, motivated, and focused on achieving results

At HighLevel, you will:

• Perform mobile testing(android/iOS apps) and mobile automation for mobile apps using BDD framework with tools-Appium/flutter driver/ etc
• Using a declarative paradigm for writing tests.
• Perform multi-mobile platform functional tests in different environments.
• Identify, isolate (in source code, and app), report, and track defects (functional and non-functional) to closure.
• Review requirements, and provide feedback on business completeness and testability.
• Review change requests (Git, Clickup) and provide a level of effort estimate of QA effort.
• Truly agile partnership with product owners and developers to progressively work towards improved efficiency in both business and technology.

What we look for:

• 3 to 5 years of experience working with mobile testing, API testing, and mobile automation(Appium/flutter driver/Espresso etc)
• Programming skills in any of the language/s -Java/Dart/Kotlin
• Ability to define, design, develop & maintain test automation frameworks
• Author manual test cases based on product specs and automate them as part of a feature delivery
• Ability to identify and root cause Automation test and app failures
• Support bi-weekly release regression of the apps by automation and manual testing and providing sign-offs
• Ability to formulate test strategies, test methodologies, and best practices
• Knowledge of Product life cycle, release metrics, and goals
• Understand the full lifecycle of Product development and understand release metrics.
• Team player who collaborates well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly
• BE/B.tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent is required

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of API testing
• Mobile automation using Flutter driver-based framework
• Knowledge of programming languages-Dart/Kotlin
• Knowledge of CI-CD tools such as Codemagic/Jenkins/Bitrise

Product Analyst (Process Excellence Team, Episource)

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 

• Ensure timely release of features and bugs. 
• Talk to development team and ensure all roadblocks are cleared.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system 
• Do due-diligence (or innovative workshops) with teams to identify areas of Salesforce improvement 
• Interpret business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills 
• Prepare requirements and act as a liaison between development team and ops  
• Create stories in JIRA and ensure they are discussed with dev team for proper sign offs. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and six months plan for product roadmap
• Create product roadmaps after discussing with business heads. 
• Ideate and define epics for the product and then define product functions. 
• Each feature or new product development should result in cost per chart optimization or in helping new business line       
• Work on other product lines associated with Salesforce
• Based on business need, work on other product line like retrieval, coding and HRA business on Salesforce
• Training about products and its usage to the customer

• Experience in automation technologies PLC programming, WinCC OA, Siemens TIA portal, and protocols OPC UA, plant simulation.

• Candidate should be fluent in the agile delivery model with experience in working with any of an agile product management tool, preferably JIRA.
