SEO & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO):

• Conduct keyword research, and write optimised content for Google search and AI models

High-Quality B2B Copy Creation: Write clear, crisp, insight-driven content for:

• Landing pages & product pages
• B2B campaigns & paid ads
• Whitepapers, explainers, and case studies
• LinkedIn posts & thought leadership
• Sales collateral (one-pagers, capability decks)

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with design to align structure and visuals.
• Support sales with sharper talking points, summaries and structured content.
• Assist product marketing with feature explainers and release notes.

Ideal Candidate:

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices that interact with various data sources and front-end applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java (8 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and understanding of HTTP protocols.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and related patterns (e.g., service discovery, circuit breaker).

• Draft proposal template to hand off to subject matter expert and writing teams
• Develop and execute consistent company identity through document templates, letterhead, and logo usage
• Lead proposal team on RFP, RFQ, award submittals, and roster application responses
• Synthesize proposal materials into final client-ready package
• Maintain proposal milestones schedules like issue and review dates, kickoff meetings, and due dates.
• Engage in proposal sections coordination, final formatting, assembly, packaging, and delivery.
• Ensuring documents are secure and up to company standards
• Facilitating the proposal review process
