Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience creating PowerPoint slide decks and along with that experience in automating the PowerPoint slide creation using excel VBA Formats extracted data based on expected report output with batching capability and multiple data formatting requirements Consolidate and combine extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools excel, VBA macro, SQL database, and/or from different system/tools/Database in one single database using SQL queries to standardize data structure

Summary
• The project lead is a core member of the agile teams implementing EdTech solutions. These EdTech solutions, ranging across Learning Platforms, Assessment systems, Simulation Training, and Interactive content, are to be fit-for-purpose, efficient, and of high quality.
• The responsibility of the project lead is to guide the overall implementation of the solutions created by the Zeus Learning team and address day-to-day issues related to the client’s business processes

• MBA from a premier institute/ CFA (USA)/ CA (ICAI)
• 6 – 8 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in an investment bank, consulting firm, rating agency or corporate finance/strategy division of corporate or financial institution
• Clear financial and quantitative concepts
• Strong logical and analytical abilities
• Good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
• Very strong Microsoft Excel financial modelling skills
• Openness to travel overseas for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for client meetings and on-site execution
