Role Description

This is a full-time client facing on-site role for a Data Scientist at UpSolve Solutions in Mumbai. The Data Scientist will be responsible for performing various day-to-day tasks, including data science, statistics, data analytics, data visualization, and data analysis. The role involves utilizing these skills to provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and solve complex problems.

Skills:
PRIMARY SKILLS NEEDED:

NodeJS, Angular and AngularJS
Sound SQL/MSSQL expertise
Sound experience in deployment of Web applications on AWS/Google cloud platforms

Experience on telephony or messaging applications and interfaces is good to have

Experience:
8-12 years of Full Stack Application development experience is must.
Deep understanding of client side development, coding in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, and jQuery.
Strong experience using a client side MVC framework such as NodeJS, Angular and AngularJS
Topnotch programming skills and writing code for robust software design.
Experience in responsive design, cross browser compatibility and website performance.
Experience in object oriented design skills.
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
Good understanding of how browsers and DOM work.
Experience with Git.
Experience with handling Services, RESTful, APIs.

Knowledge of frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI and pre-processors like SASS and LESS.

Responsibilities:
To work with a cross-functional software development team on highly visible strategic projects as an expert level individual contributor to the coding tasks assigned.
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with third party libraries and APIs (Google APIs etc.)
Produce well designed efficient code in a timely manner to meet delivery timescales/milestones.
Mentor other developers on software best practices technical guidance and help grow their software development skill sets.
To proactively stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities and communicate progress effectively.

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. We are searching for a Laravel developer to build web applications for our clients. In this role, you will design and create projects using Laravel framework and PHP, and assist the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business.

Responsibilities-

1. Discussing project aims with the client and development team.
2. Designing and building web applications using Laravel.
3. Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
4. Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.
5. Testing functionality for users and the backend.

Requirements-

• Experience working with PHP, performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST.
• A solid understanding of application design using Laravel.
• Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL.
