Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives aligned with our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a B-School graduate (IIM or equivalent) with 2–5 years of experience in B2B or technology-focused marketing. You’ll be instrumental in designing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, refining our go-to-market strategies, and positioning Antier as a thought leader in Blockchain, Web3, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies targeting enterprise and startup clients.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital channels (email, paid media, social, SEO/SEM, content).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead conversion.
- Content & Messaging:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that highlights Antier’s expertise in Blockchain, Web3, and AI.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across platforms.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Management:
- Drive demand generation and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on lead quality and conversion goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success, user engagement, and market impact.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to leadership.
- Brand Positioning:
- Support PR, events, partnerships, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and media visibility.
Requirements
- MBA from IIM or an equivalent top-tier business school (mandatory preference).
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven companies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Understanding or interest in emerging technologies like Blockchain, Web3, and AI (prior exposure is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Availability to join within a reasonable notice period (preferred).
