Job description
We are looking for a high-performing Client Success Executive to help us deliver a seamless experience to the client on the platform for their projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with the client and the internal teams to ensure the expectations of the clients are met. The successful candidate will be highly organised, manage expectations and negotiate timelines effectively. You will also be responsible of reporting the overall experience of the client through constant feedbacks that will improve the product regularly. Excellent communication and time management skills are quintessential to the role.

•Manage confirmed projects end to end -
• Review and approve proposals or requests, providing supporting material.
• Align product team and client on expectations, deliverables & timelines.
• Be a single point of contact between the client & the product team to share documents, designs and other requirements.
• Manage testing on completion of the product and lead dry runs with clients.
•Build, update & manage insightful analytical reports for clients & for the company to evaluate ROI.
• Product Improvisation - Understand client expectations & challenges of technologies to negotiate possible deliverables.
• Perform competitor analysis to understand features and improve product.

Required Skills & Experience
Company Industry Prefered: Software Solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be highly organized, disciplined and self-motivated
• Strong independent project management skills.
•Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
