Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable technology solutions that support CNH's business growth and healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure adherence to information security, data privacy, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Establish monitoring, testing, and release management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade applications.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Golang, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience in designing and managing RESTful APIs, API Gateways, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD Automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience in DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Familiarity with modern databases, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (AWS) with deep expertise in Terraform, Atlantis, and large-scale multi-cloud environments (200–300+ accounts/subscriptions). This is a client-facing consulting role, responsible for designing and governing secure, scalable infrastructure and CI/CD platforms across enterprise environments.

This role goes beyond implementation, you will define standards, governance models, and automation frameworks for large organizations operating at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Platforms / AWS Expertise

• AWS (Expert) – Organizations, IAM, VPC, Security services
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Service Catalog to design, publish, and manage standardized, secure infrastructure products across multi-account AWS environments

What will you do?

· Define the overall process, which includes building a team for DevOps activities and ensuring that infrastructure changes are reviewed from an architecture and security perspective

· Create standardized tooling and templates for development teams to create CI/CD pipelines

· Ensure infrastructure is created and maintained using terraform

· Work with various stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure changes to support new feature sets in various product lines.

Digital Test Analyst

The role will work collaboratively with almost all facets of the agency including our super talented UX, Creative, UI and Development teams as well as our Project Managers. 

THE ROLE 

Sitting within the delivery team, you will be responsible for: 

·       Undertaking manual testing on digital projects such as websites, mobile apps, API’s testing, data verification and validation, and CMS backend testing

·       Defining test cases based on project scope to meet project acceptance criteria 

·       Execution of test cases; covering functional, non-functional and regression testing
