We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Q-Commerce to manage and grow business across leading Quick Commerce platforms. The role is responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, ensuring product availability, promotions, forecasting, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key Q-Commerce accounts and drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
- Ensure product availability, pricing, listings, and promotional execution.
- Monitor inventory, fill rates, and resolve stock availability issues.
- Expand product assortment and improve distribution across fulfillment centers.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns while analyzing ROI.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Q-Commerce/E-commerce sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Q-Commerce or E-commerce key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of account management, promotions, catalog management, forecasting, and sales planning.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with business analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
