Program Manager

The selected candidate is required to fine tune LLM models, train them in distributed mode using SLURM framework, perform the necessary data engineering, training process monitoring and tuning, analysis, and documentation.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to help integrate digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Intern

 will work with the marketing team, coordinating with other teams (such as design, HR, etc) to launch campaigns on time.

• Coordinate with other support functions to develop marketing material
• Define schedules, handle posting on social media
• Keep an eye on the trends, suggest and execute campaigns around them
• Perform audits, plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain social media presence, increase the availability of multiple platforms
• Measure and report the performance of integrated marketing efforts, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• BS/MS, BMM degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience of 0-1 year in digital marketing & contribution to B2B sales if any
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Eager to learn and grow from marketing coordinator to digital marketing executive

• Develop client projects using Asp.net core 3.1 and above, MySQL Database, Azure Functions, CosmosDB, C#.
• Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and results of client projects
• Gather technical requirements as needed
• Create and update, design and functional documents
• Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Perform a new development as required
• Implement project applications according to specifications
• Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance client websites
• Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable and high-performing Web Applications
• Unit test code to ensure quality

Must Have Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect and/or DevOps certification, Professional preferred
• BS level technical degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Engineering background preferred
• Hands-on technical expertise on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include but not limited to EC2, VPC, IAM, Security groups, ELB/NLB/ALB, Internet gateway, S3, EBS and EFS.
• Experience in migration-deployment of applications to Cloud, re-engineering of application for cloud, setting up OS and app environments in virtualized cloud
• DevOps automation, CI/CD, infrastructure/services provisioning, application deployment and configuration
• DevOps toolsets to include Ansible, Jenkins and XLdeploy, XLrelease
• Deploy and configuration of Java/Wildfly, Springboot, JavaScript/Node.js and Ruby applications and middleware
• Scripting in Shell (bash) and Extensive Python
• Agile software development
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills, presentation, and collaboration skills - Team leadership skills
• Linux (RHEL) administration/engineering

Experience:

• Deploying, configuring, and supporting large scale monolithic and microservices based SaaS applications
• Working as both an infrastructure and application migration specialist
• Identifying and documenting application requirements for network, F5, IAM, and security groups
• Implementing DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment 
• Work with Technology leadership to understand business goals and requirements
• Experience with continuous integration tools
• Experience with configuration management platforms
• Writing and diagnosing issues with complex shell scripts
• Strong practical application development experience on Linux and Windows-based systems
