Key Account Manager

Responsibilities: - Develop high quality Javascript (ES6) code for our React Native applications (iOS/Android). - Coordinate with backend engineers to establish JSON-based APIs. - Optimize application for maximum speed and compatibility. - Integrating third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts - Multitask seamlessly, always maintaining a positive attitude and a client-first mentality - Incorporate engineering best practices, methodologies & standards in all deliverables - Pay close attention to details and be able to follow specifications and mockups (pixel perfect). - Making recommendations to address UI/UX issues. Requirement: - 2+yrs Experience in React Native - Strong experience in React Native, JavaScript, ES6, CSS3. - Good experience with React or React Native and Redux. - Experience building complex features and interfaces for React Native applications. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control tools (Git), NPM- - Deep understanding of data structures, data flow, Ajax and CRUD. - Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices. - Excellent spoken and written English Experience : 2+years of experience Requirement : Immediate Joinee to 30 days

• You need to be excited about the problem that we are trying to solve
• 4+ years of experience building applications in Native iOS (Swift)
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs.
• Strong Js fundamentals - You should be able to contribute partially to our existing React Native development as well
• Ability to give clarity and communicate well with the team, including Product, Backend and Dev-Ops (if and when needed)
• Ability to use profiling tools well, getting to root causes of bugs fast
• Ability to pick and work on adjacent technologies if and when required (Eg: If the best performance monitoring solution needs a basic firebase setup, that should not be a blocker for you to go ahead and do so)
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes
• You need to be comfortable working in a remote environment (Good internet connection and availability on phone is needed)

Application Integration Engineer - HR/Payroll

Skills:

·        Experience on HR Payroll SaaS

o  HR/Payroll applications: Ideally UKG, multiple others ok

o  Financial applications: ideally knowledge of how HR/Payroll systems interact with ERPs (ideally NetSuite), and other personnel expenses (i.e., Expensify, Concur)

·        Knowledge of various Integrations approaches:

o  Native connectors

o  SFTP files

o  API – schema, design

·        Knowledge of multiple coding languages: Java script, XML, REST, SOAP etc.

·        Ability to work with data bases (ideally SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), including ETL

·        Some knowledge of Azure services, mainly SQL and Oracle databases, storage, analytics

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Egniol’s business and increase revenue in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, assess market trends, and build relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will be expected to generate leads, develop sales presentations, and present proposals to potential customers. The lead will be given by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales (Leads provided by the company)
• Identify business opportunities
• Lead closing and business mining, and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company objectives

Qualifications:
