We are looking for a talented SEO Analyst to join our team. As an SEO Analyst at Webtree Media Solutions, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' online presence, ensuring that their digital assets rank prominently on search engines. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to execute strategies that enhance our clients' visibility and drive organic traffic to their websites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for optimization using different tools
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
- Performing competitive analysis and identifying gaps in the content or areas of improvement in the web design
- Conduct regular audits to ensure website compliance with search engine guidelines and recommend necessary changes
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure best practices are followed.
- Analyze website data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
- Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement
- Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content teams, to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools, web analytics tools, and SEO software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
