Job Title: Key Account Manager – Q-Commerce

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Q-Commerce to manage and grow business across leading Quick Commerce platforms. The role is responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, ensuring product availability, promotions, forecasting, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key Q-Commerce accounts and drive sales growth.
• Build strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
• Ensure product availability, pricing, listings, and promotional execution.
• Monitor inventory, fill rates, and resolve stock availability issues.
• Expand product assortment and improve distribution across fulfillment centers.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns while analyzing ROI.
• Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Track business performance through dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support inventory health, supply planning, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Q-Commerce/E-commerce sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Q-Commerce or E-commerce key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of account management, promotions, catalog management, forecasting, and sales planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, food, beverages, frozen, ambient, dairy, or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Results-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

• Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Provide strategic pre sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
• Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, product, technology and finance teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions per to customer needs 
• Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking industry activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.
