What You’ll Drive

A. Business Growth & Global Expansion

• Drive International Demand: Execute targeted campaigns to systematically increase demos and pipeline velocity in the North American market.
• Foundation SEO & Ads: Take ownership of our digital foundation by focusing heavily on high-intent SEO and paid ad strategies to drive consistent inbound growth.
• Multi-Channel Execution: Design and optimize high-converting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and newsletters.

B. Brand & Community Curation

• Curate Events for B2C Brands: Design, organize, and execute high-impact experiential events tailored for leading B2C and D2C brands.
• Curate Podcasts: Host and curate insightful podcast properties that bring together industry leaders, innovators, and thinkers.
• Curate Social Media Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive, high-engagement social media strategy to position Appmaker as a thought leader.

Who You Are

• Experienced in the Space: You have 1–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS.
• AI-Native: You actively use AI tools to multiply your output and optimize your marketing workflows.
• An Experimenter at Heart: You aren't afraid to test new channels, scale what works, and pivot fast based on data.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Deep knowledge or prior experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Experience building highly automated AI outbound workflows.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the voice and support behind our mission to simplify e-commerce success. Your role is pivotal in building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving engagement. This is primarily a chat process role.

About Us :

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market eCommerce brands. You will own the entire sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and closing high-value deals.

What You Will Do

• Drive Revenue: Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Navigate the Enterprise: Expertly manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes across eCommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Consult & Solve: Lead executive-level discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations, collaborating with solutions teams to craft tailored proposals.
• Build Pipeline: Architect a robust pipeline through high-yield inbound and outbound efforts while maintaining meticulous CRM records and forecast accuracy.

What You Bring

• 4 to 8 years of elite B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding aggressive quotas.
• Demonstrated expertise in closing complex deals in the $15K to $150K+ Annual Contract Value (ACV) range.
• A consultative, ownership-driven mindset with exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferred: Background selling into eCommerce/D2C brands, familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, or experience managing US and international accounts.

• High proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation workflows, and prompt-based productivity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, taking high ownership of outcomes.
• Elite organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask seamlessly across competing priorities.
• Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, the Shopify ecosystem, or tech startups is a strong advantage.
