What will you do?

  • Own the month on month GMV growth for your portfolio of large B2B customers end to end
  • Spearhead acquisition and addition of enterprise level educators to your portfolio end to end
  • Ensure top-line & bottom-line target completions for your category
  • Develop an understanding of the consumer inside-out, build data-driven insights, and translate them into lucrative business growth opportunities for our clients
  • Work as a consultant to your client base, actively advising on Marketing/Content/Pricing/Product strategies for customers’ revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new initiatives followed by a regular tracking on their effectiveness
  • Plan and implement growth programs within cohorts and proactively monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective measures

What will you do

  • Work closely with our high-value customers (large Ed-Youtubers and offline Educators) and multiple teams inside Classplus to bring to life new revenue streams

  • Project manage the expansion of existing revenue streams by establishing reporting and governance cadences, working closely with various business leaders within the company

  • Lead the external stakeholder management, new and existing partnerships, breaking into prospective Educator networks and conducting rigorous market research

  • Own hiring and scaling of new teams, business functions and creating a playbook for scaling these with low human intervention

  • Spearhead 0-1 initiatives with the business leaders and help them out with process improvements as well as drive founder initiatives anchored around revenue generation

  • Manage operational execution level elements as we scale and build new businesses

What will you do?

Define the overall process, which includes building a team for DevOps activities and ensuring that infrastructure changes are reviewed from an architecture and security perspective

Create standardized tooling and templates for development teams to create CI/CD pipelines

Ensure infrastructure is created and maintained using terraform

Work with various stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure changes to support new feature sets in various product lines.

Maintain transparency and clear visibility of costs associated with various product verticals, environments and work with stakeholders to plan for optimization and implementation

Spearhead continuous experimenting and innovating initiatives to optimize the infrastructure in terms of uptime, availability, latency and costs

You should apply, if you

1. Are a seasoned Veteran: Have managed infrastructure at scale running web apps, microservices, and data pipelines using tools and languages like JavaScript(NodeJS), Go, Python, Java, Erlang, Elixir, C++ or Ruby (experience in any one of them is enough)

What you will do

 

Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for our Account payable department in the Finance function

 

  • Establish and maintain financial controls, internal financial controls, and procedures for the company. Eg P2P, R2R, etc.

 

  • Ensure that payments are processed as per the internal controls with all the proper support.

 

  • Account the expenses properly in the corresponding GLs.

 

  • Implement timely payment to the vendors as well as timely booking and processing of the payment.

 

  • Work with the business team and close all escalations.

 

  • Prepare monthly MIS with schedules of all the expenses and balance sheet items as well as Month-end closure (M+1) and provision of the expense.

 

  • Investigate reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 days.

 

  • Ensure that there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 30 days.

 

  • Spearhead the validating, booking, and processing of the salary, F&Fs & business reimbursements.

 

  • Forecast the working capital requirement.

 

  • Supervise accounting and validation of Fixed assets and maintaining FAR.

 

  • Close the internal audit, statutory audit, and due diligence as well as daily BRS.

 

  • Accurately calculate and pay the monthly TDS and monthly GST

 

  • Assist the consultant with filing the TDS return and GST return

 

  • Ensure the payroll compliance is done as per the relevant act.

 

You should apply if you

 

  1. Bring your Financial A-game: Should be well versed with Accounting Standard and IndAS, TDS, GST, Foreign Payments, and Payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF)
  2. Are good with the ‘toys’: Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint. Working knowledge of Zoho & SAP.
  3. Are a seasoned veteran: CA with 5-6 years of experience and should have worked with a startup
  4. Can cut a good deal: Always eager to cut short the operating expenses.

What will you do?

You will be our go-to person when it comes to ensuring that Classplus’ digital architecture functions smoothly. Though not a traditional customer-facing role, your work will be reflective of our brand quality as a whole.
With so much riding on your shoulders, we’ll need you to: -

• Guide the team in the implementation of visual elements from computer users' vantage points within a web application and translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code

• Design and implement low-latency, highly available and performing applications that scale for millions of users, and assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end

• Develop application code and unit test in the Javascript technologies for the application development center

• Work with Test-Driven development, help define architectures and design patterns, and actively participate in PR reviews on GitHub


You should apply, if you

• Bring your A-game: Have knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, NextJS, VueJS, and experience with rendering techniques and writing high performing code

• Offer guaranteed efficiency: Have a good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them, and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

What you will do

We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.


So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -


  • Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
  • Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.
  • Lead 4-6 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills
  • Make data driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis 

You should apply if you

  • Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge. Candidates who can innovate in limited budgets will be preferred!
  • Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain. An experience of 2-3 years is required. Having significant Youtube Experience is ideal.
  • Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid level data analysis skills, the skill to to manage a team of 4-6 people, and some basic excel will do the job.
