We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Angular (latest version) and hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications while also contributing to the design and user experience process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using Angular (latest versions).

· Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups from Figma or Adobe XD into responsive, pixel-perfect web interfaces.

· Implement reusable components, services, and modules following best practices.

· Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and high performance of applications.

· Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

· Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

· Stay up to date with the latest trends in Angular, UI/UX design, and front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong proficiency in Angular (latest version) and TypeScript.

· Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript/ES6+.

· Experience in UI/UX design tools: Figma and Adobe XD.

· Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.

· Good understanding of version control systems (Git).

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

· Experience with Angular Material, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.

• Willingness to learn and write simple backend REST API’s (preferably in Java, spring boot & hibernate) without having to completely depend on backend engineers for delivery.
• Has worked in a fast-paced agile organization building stateless and re-entrant/resumable android applications.

• Build a short-term & long-term Content strategy for company
• Conceptualize content initiatives & design experiments to create unique value proposition for existing and potential members; lead the charter to create programs & new formats.
• Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed, Oversee writing style and tone for all content
• Manage content projects end-to-end (for app + YouTube) through collaboration with teams across format, creative, marketing, growth, merchandising, etc.
• Analyze data in decision making for content design and market rollout, Track and calculate content ROI
• Work closely with the Marketing & Growth teams to see how content led initiatives can be planned + how we can help take content to our existing potential customers
• Support new initiatives with content and effectively communicate, collaborate with production team to enhance content output and brainstorm on new ideas

Desired Skills: 

• 8+ years of experience in content production and strategy
• Should be hands on & should be able to manage teams at the same time
• Should be willing to hustle across various tasks & new initiatives and simultaneously should be able to build SOPs, structure around it all to prepare for scale
• Strong creative/design skills with high attention to detail
• Project management experience is a plus 4
• Knowledge of Lending/ Insurance, relevant industry is a good to have large scale on Videos contents and understanding of what works on SEO is a must.
