DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
1. Responsible for filling & and maintaining the project tracker as per assigned project within 24 hours of assignment.
2. Review the project tracker with NPD Facilitator within 48 hours after assignment.
3. Responsible for identifying the project team that will work on the specified project.
4. Responsible for converting the project registration inputs into VOC.
5. Responsible for checking technical feasibility, competitive benchmarking, product benchmarking, standards, and the project budget.
6. Responsible for making the concept design, reviewing it in management review, and taking approval.
7. Responsible for reviewing and checking the technical specification drawings.
8. Responsible for generating the bill of material.
9. Responsible for providing product technical training to sales support, estimation in phase 1.
10. Responsible for mailing to Sales Support for FG codes, PPC for process plans, and SCM for RM codes.
11. Responsible for mailing the estimator executive for product costing. 12. Responsible for making the supplier identification sheet and sending it to SCM executive.
13. Responsible for preparing the interaction maxtrix, DFMEA, and product CTQ.
14. Preparing engineering documentation. i.e wind load analysis, FEA, etc, preliminary estimation, process flow,, assembly guidelines, packaging design and guidelines, installation guidelines, O&M manual, etc
15. Responsible for making trial plans for product validation.
16. Liaising with process development engineers for successful process development
17. Adhere to the principles, guidelines, and best practices of the design and development (APQP) strategy and ISO 9001:2015 as defined.
18. Finalize and review prototype test procedure & result.
19. Design of tooling Jigs and fixtures.
20. Control over design engineering change management.
21. Reviewing process handover documents.
22. Design revisions to meet the required performance criteria.
23. Liaising with process development engineers and concept designers for successful process performance.
24. Liaising with the marketing team, SCM, plant teams, and cross functional teams.
25. Responsible for the handover of the project to plant teams, estimation, sales, and marketing teams within timelines.
With a relevant experience only in Pharma background needs to fulfill works of preparation of Product Manuals, Visual Aids, Literature, new product launch materials, imparting training to field force on technical and product knowledge, answering queries from doctors and field force, suggesting new product introductions and providing on the job training to the field force. Person should be ready for extensive traveling.
1. Work on lead generation via joining the Twitter community, Telegram groups, LinkedIn, and other professional and social media networks
2. Manage a pipeline, generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities
3. Manage recurring prospects while engaging with new clients, educating, and optimizing for value and brand awareness
4. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
5. Handle inbound requests generated via the sales and marketing team
6. Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
7. Partner with other teams to provide market intelligence that enables better decision-making in strategic areas like product development, product improvement, and market strategies among other things
8. Utilize CRM, and multiple communication channels, to generate new sales opportunities
9. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
10. Seek out new business opportunities and thrive in the startup ecosystem
11. Report to the assigned manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
12. Persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues

What you will do :
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

- Work with SMEs to produce comprehensive documents that can be used by the development team to code and the QA team to write test cases.

Job role requirement :
- Must be customer-obsessed, data-first with great communication skills. The candidate should have built/managed at least 1 B2B SaaS Product.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
